Total piece of junk. Constant software updates = constant problems. Constantly loses wifi and you have to restart the printer every time you want to use it. After last software update print head is so far out of alignment, running the alignment tool can't fix it. Especially worse when trying to print color and black at the same time.

Good printer so far.

This print had paper jam after paper jam. My wife and I tried to put up with it for a while because returning items to Sam's or to the manufacturer takes time. After getting like the hundredth paper jam out, the hinge area broke. Unfortunently for us, the we put up with the printer for more than 90 days and Sam's no longer will take it back. I'd suggest to stay away from all these Epson printers and maybe any electronic device at Sam's since their return window is short.

Terrible printer! It has to restart constantly to reconnect to network. Page yields are low for color ink. And it multiple page feeds. Maybe 4 months old, only used at home.

Epson pulled a fast one. They sent a firmware update which forced us to only use Epson Ink cartridges. No warning that our current cartridges would no longer function. Very shady...
