This printer works well but I print like, no exaggeration, about 30-40 pages black and white before I get a low ink message and need to replace the black ink cartridge. If you’re looking for high page printing per cartridge this isn’t your printer.

Although we have never had trouble keeping a wireless connection to our printers in the past, this one just simply won't stay connected! If I could, I would return it!

This printer far exceeded my expectations as a Loan Signing Agent. The dual tray is a total game changer!

As title says, the printer will not print without you replacing ALL color cartridges, even if it's just grayscale documents you want.

Not happy with this purchase. I continue to lose printer connection every week or so. I have to reset the printer a lot. Also, the fax machine takes FOREVER to scan documents. It is SLOOOOOOW. It takes about 10-15 seconds to scan a page.

Will not print labels or on any media thicker than 20-22 lb. plain paper.

Balky installation software, printer does not recognize envelope settings in cassette. Worst printer I have owned. I hope it's returnable.
