This printer is as advertised. It comes well packaged and was easy to setup. Printer speed and document quality is good. The printer was well priced at $135. Would definitely purchase again.

This printer far exceeded my expectations. It's speed and print/picture quality couldn't be any better. When combined this with wifi, sheet feeder, scanner and fax, this printer would be hard to beat.

Excellent speeds, no issues so far! Not quite as intuitive an interface as my HPs but not too hard to figure out either. Much faster printing and 2 sided scanning.

The software to install online is not the 2 disks programs that came with the printer. My laptop doesn't have a dvd drive. And this printer doesn't come with a photo print program. My other Epson printer did. I was disappointed about that.

I just recently purchased this printer and set-up was pretty much a breeze. The only issue I'm dealing with is setting up the email part of it and that's why I only gave it a 4 star rating. Once (if) I get it figured out I'll do an update review.

Very large unit-bigger than expected when ordered online, initial black ink cartridge didn’t last over 10 pages, tricky/prob when change cartridge. Frequently prints some garbage before printing part of desired page-must reprint. Occasional problems using wi-fi, ended up connecting via USB-works well. Draft mode to save ink prints too light-must use normal mode. Haven't tried other features yet (scan, fax, other stuff). Overall generally OK but somewhat disappointed.

Terrible decision to purchase this printer. Paper jams about every other use, when scanning it misses multiple pages, I’ve had to re-scan nearly every document I’ve tried sending 2-3 times, the quality of the scans are terrible, even though I’ve gone in and changed the contrast, brightness, sharpness, etc all multiple times. Wasted so much ink trying to get a good quality copy. I’m returning the product as soon as we replace it. We have to have one until we can find a replacement! Total waste of time and money!!

After getting the printer installed it seemed to work nicely. howeveer, afterr about 30 minutes a firmware update downloaded automatically. It disabled the use of the printer. The error message said the cartridges ( thst came with the computer) had to be replaced with genuine Epson cartridges. Afteer spending a great deal of time with Epson tech. support, I was told to return it.

I turned this on, and I got the error message. I will be returning to get something different! I live in the country, so its a drive for me to come back to the local store in Burleson,TX

Printer possibly worked great but then immediately didn't. We set it up with ease, printed a test page, scanned a few pages, all seemed to work, then a notice popped upon the screen for a "firmware" update. We pushed the update and all of the sudden the printer wouldn't recognize the printer cartridges that came with the printer. Come to find out this is a known issue that Epson still hasn't fixed but continues to sell the printer. Promptly returned the item and still looking for a new printer. Do not recommend simply because it's a frustrating waste of time and ultimately won't work for you.
