Great price, which is why I gave 3 Stars. Ordering the cake was a nightmare. Previous cake (in April) was told had to order at store. Wouldn’t have time to do this (store is 45 min drive from our home), so had friend place order. With this cake was told can’t order at store, must order online. ???????? The Bakery lady was very nice and helped me place order. On way home realized needed to get cake day earlier than scheduled. Went to website and changed date. After week realized hadn’t gotten confirmation email, so went into app and date not updated. Called local Bakery and Bakery lady (very nice and sympathetic) changed date for me, said would take one day to show in app. Two days later still not updated. Had to go to store to get other items, so stopped at Bakery and they couldn’t find my order!!! It was in app but not in store database. Took a while but did finally find it, and date not updated. Told me not an issue (was picking it up following day). So you know what happened…..yup, couldn’t find cake. I’m now in a panic as party is next day and I won’t be able to get it then. Then suddenly it appears. I was so happy I didn’t bother asking what happened. Oh, and the ticket still had original date…. Cake itself was good. Too many sprinkles for our taste but our fault for not asking to cut back on them. Candles really cute. Wish Sam’s still made their cake with cream in middle. Those were delicious, but these cakes are still better than grocery store. We will probably order next with Sam’s, but will make sure to know for sure the pickup date.
