Ordering the cake on line was easy. The cake was exactly like I expected. It tasted just as good as it looked. I’ll be ordering again and recommend it highly!

The cake and decorstions were just what i created in the app. We were really pleased with the results. We were worried because it was the 1st time creating it online.

No happy birthday candles or message. Had to wait 10+ minutes to get manager’s approval to add decor (lame balloons with gray string) ‘decorator’ acted like she was doing me a huge favor to add a happy birthday message. I was NOT notified of this until I arrived to pick up the PREPAID cake, even though they emailed me it was ready and my cell phone number is correctly listed on my online account. Dustin, the supervisor over a few departments was very helpful in trying to make things right, however no one else was. Never order here again-falsely advertised cake on website-ordered in advance, plenty of time and methods ( phone, text, email) to notify me.

cake was excellent but, the sprinkles on the cake were too hard for us older people to eat. Would have liked to have chocolate frosting but that option was not available. Also would have liked to order this in person instead of on the computer. I prefer face to face.

The flavor is still better than any other but the size and decoration quality has severely declined. The cake thickness is barely 2.5” if not smaller and with this particular design, the sprinkles around the side were not real, it looks like a cheap edible tape with a digital design. Sadly disappointed.

The cake itself was delicious, my low rating is because the candles that spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY were not included!! Very misleading as the description states no where that they are NOT included! I did not have Happy Birthday written in the cake for this reason and had to make an extra stop before my event!

The Celebrations Cake was a sweet success for our event. While I didn't need the 'happy birthday' candles, they were easily removed without damaging the look of the cake. The only drawback is that with only online ordering at Sam's it is very difficult to truly customize the product.

I didn’t like ordering online only. I miss being able to talk to the bakery people about the order. It seems less personable and less customizable. Cake was good and price was great as always, but the experience sucks. Also there’s a lot less choices to pick from. Not too thrilled, honestly.

I have always loved Sams cakes. I called to place an order and was told i needed to order it online. There is noplace to choose which icing and you can only pick one color. It was the most disappointing looking cake ive ever ordered. I had to try and spruce it up myself. Very disappointed. Wrong icing and very under decorated.

I couldn't order the design they had displayed in the store because they weren't online. The cake sides is all sugar paper that wasn't even attached to the cake and was bubbling off and wavy, The cake was cracked all the way through from top to bottom including through the icing. As if all of this was not enough the name was spelt wrong and they wouldn't fix it because they didn't have the time to do so.
