The cake was fresh and well made. The container had no smudges or bits of frosting on the sides.The decorations looked like the pictures. The writing was in the color ordered and the name spelled correctly. All in all, a very well made and priced birthday cake.

The cake was beautifully decorated and very delicious. My guest raved about it and asked where I got it from. I always love everything purchase from Sam's Club.

Excellent cake, texture, density, flavor and freshness. The frosting and decorations were perfect. My only complaint is a subjective one; it had a very thick layer of frosting. Everyone at the party commented on how it was too thick. It was tasty, but too much frosting.

Ordered a birthday cake for our son. You have to do it online now there is no person to talk to in store. We ordered a cake with whipped cream frosting, which is what our son really wanted so we made an extra trip to Saginaw to order it. We got the cake and it looked fine but it wasn’t the whipped cream frosting that we wanted. It was a super sweet icing. My son was so disappointed.

I ordered the cake online. I wrote on the form I wanted the cake to say “happy birthday Eric!.” When I got the cake, the day of the party, the cake just had “ERIC!” On it. The lady at the bakery then told me that since the candles spelled out Happy Birthday they didn’t write it again in frosting. However, that is what I wanted on the cake, that’s why I wrote it on the form. It was too late to change anything, so I just took the cake. Tha cake itself was pretty delicious.

The cake itself is delicious as always, but the decor on this cake has fallen short. I purchased a full sheet size of this cake about a year ago and it was beautiful. The most recent one had printed edible paper decoration along the cake edges, it was tacky, ugly and tasted awful. I'm so upset this is the new standard for this cake, I believe sprinkles were used before but now we get tacky disgusting edible paper.

I made a special cake request for whipped icing due to a food sensitivity but got butter and didn’t realize until day of the party. I tried calling but the phone just kept ringing. I called a different department who transferred me to a line that no one would answer. Very disappointing.

I had ordered a half Chocolate and half white cake and got an all white cake. I will not order from this store again since everything has to be done online. It is difficult to make sure you are ordering the right cake for your needs. They also did the writing in all white on a white frosting. Who does that??
