I ordered a cake online. I asked to write 3 names on the cake. I tried to see if I can add another name on the cake online, but it didn't give me a choice. So, I called the store to get another name added to the cake. The writing was suppose to be in orange. When I got the cake the writing was in purple. That was fine, didn't bother me. The name I had them add was completely wrong. My name was placed on the cake. I asked the person about my order and the wrong name on the cake. She said there was no one here to fix it. My pick-up time was between 1 and 2pm. I got there at 1:05pm. How is there no one available at that time to correct the cake? How did my name end up on the cake, instead of the name that I requested. Didn't make any sense.
