It has ultra thin blades, but it seemed like after 4-5 shaves over 2-3 weeks the blade was already needing to be replaced. These are very expensive cartridges as well, which may not be for every cost-conscious consumer. Overall, great shave though.

However, with the Gillette Fusion Prologue, I find that I look forward to that grooming task and am delighted with the results. My shave is cleaner, smoother and lasts much longer than other razors and my old Norelco electric. Their gel also aids in the smoothness and comfort of a cleaner shave. Thanks Gillette for coming up with yet another fine product.

Never really thought it would work this well. Ive seen commercials but didnt think it would work as well as the other razors on the market. I def give it a thumbs up.

after trying the Gillette fusion proglide razor...one of the things I can say is where have you been all my life..its the best I have ever used..i really love the way the flexball ..it just glides over your face...this is the best yet ...keep it up gillette

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProGlide Razor is fantastic I have been using this for a while and the shave is excellent. It really does make for a smooth consistent motion virtually dispensing any chance of a nick or cut. The handle is also in line with the Gillette high standard of quality and durability almost break proof. I have and still plan too recommend this razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the manual razor with the flex ball with the Active Sport Gel and it works great. My shave lasts longer than when I use an electric razor. The Gel works great and leaves your skin super smooth and has a very nice scent to go with it. I do wonder how much better, if any, having the Power option for the razor would be. I would definitely recommend the starter kit in case you are weary on the FlexBall or even their new Gels

After shaving just once with the proglide, I realized how much closer a shave I now get. This is one of those products you do not realize you need until you've tried it.

I am an against the grain shaver, and this razor went smoothly over my face with out a snag. Most razor i have to go over some spots twice, however this razor and blade combo saved me time as it did it all in 1 pass. I will definitely look for the refills at the store and purchase them. Excellent product and will recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That being said I find no difference in the ProGlide manual razor with FlexBall Technology and the regular Fusion ProGlide. I have tried many brands of manual shavers and so far haven't found a better manual shaver. The reason I keep trying other brands is due to the cost of Gillette manual shavers. ( I personally think that they are to expensive)
