The razor works really well when you use it for the first couple of shaves. After the 4th or 5th shave, it starts to feel like a disposable razor because it's starts catching on your hair. If only it was able to be re-sharpened some how. it would be a really great razor. Thank you Gillette for letting me be a part of your study. I would still highly recommend this product to other people that I know.

I didnt think flexball would have made a difference but it especially when it came to shaving my neck area around my adams apple. I will never shave with another razor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Gillette razors for several years, the blades were always good, but I always struggled with some of the dips and dives on my face around my chin and neck. This razor with the FlexBall technology has done the trick! I no longer struggle with getting the dips and dives on my face! It has cut my shaving time down and has been amazing to use! The FlexBall lets the blade hug your face no need to go back over the tough spots.

I received my Gillette fusion proglide razor via a program run by Gillette, I've used it twice now and it worked just as good the second time it gave me a nice smooth shave and didn't cut or irritate my skin and I'm someone who has to shave alot so I think I'll be getting this blade for now on thanks Gillette!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest difference is just the vibration. I personally prefer the manual, as it?s easier and i?m more comfortable with it. The vibration takes some getting used to. It?s been described as a ?barber with shaky hands? feeling. I bought both, and i only use the manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to trying the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor my primary method of shaving was using my electric razor, a Braun Series 5 wet / dry razor with a swivel head. I’m familiar with the Gillette Fusion razor brand as I once owned the original Gillette Fusion razor. The Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor feels comfortable in my hand and is easy to use. After using the razor for the first time I was impressed by how close of a shave it gave me. Compared to my electric razor (dry method) I would have to say that the Gillette Fusion ProGlide does a better job at providing me with a clean and smooth shave. I decided for comparison sake I would try shaving with my electric razor (wet method) using the Gillette Fusion 2 in 1 shaving gel. I really liked using the 2 in 1 shaving gel with my electric razor, and I think it may have even improved the performance of my electric razor. I would have to say though that after shaving with my electric razor the Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor still has an advantage on providing a clean shave. I feel that I must also say that the primary reason why I was using an electric razor before was because in the past when I used a manual razor I often cut myself because I have sensitive skin. I think on one occasion I cut myself using the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor. I must say though that this should not count as a negative against the razor. I think it tends to lean towards personal preference and what shaving method works best for each individual person (electric or manual). I think I may continue to use the razor, but will try better to not cut myself. In closing I would recommend the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor to anyone who wants a closer, better shave.

This razor has out performed all other manual razors I have used in the past, including my last Gillette razor. The Flexball helped to move the razor smoothly around all areas of my face. I found there was less need to go over the same areas to get a clean shave, which also helped with eliminating irritation. Very impressed with the overall performance of this razor and highly recommend for anyone looking for a great manual razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this razor. The feel of the razor in my hand practically glided on my face when I used it for the first time. Most contours were hit on my face however after about two weeks of use, the razor definitely lost its edge and was not cutting nearly as efficiently and I would have to go over some of the more coarse areas twice or even three times. Overall a good razor but the longevity of the product is very poor and other brands are better.
