I tried this razor for this first time while shaving a beard that had been growing for about 1 1/2 months. I have coarse facial hair and was expecting to have to do quite a bit of work to get back down to smooth skin. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the blades were sleek and sharp enough to get right down to my skin. I was also able to avoid the annoying razor burn that can sometimes be associated with shaving off a beard. I would attribute that to the "lubrastrip". Generally I really liked this razor and was glad to receive it from a program run via Gillette!

I've used the Gillette Fusion Proglide for two weeks and immediately noticed what a close long lasting shave it provides. After overcoming the fear of nicks on the first shave I quickly came to realize that that was no worries with this design. I haven't had a single nick or scratch yet. Thanks for a great product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I thought of when I saw the razor with the ball thing is the vacuum with the ball thing. Wasn't sure it would make that much of a difference and thought it might just be "gimmicky". My bad... The flexball makes a difference. Good pivot/swivel action. The razor gave me a close shave but not too close so it didn't feel like my face was peeling off. I used it with the sensitive shave gel. A little tingly from the 2-in-1 gel but that was to be expected. First time was great...will update with further use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great razor. The Flexball helps it move about my face with ease (not like our faces are all straight edges). I get a nice, close shave. Also a fast shave. The only downside is, the blades last about 2 months. I have had blades that last longer than that. But I do get a much better shave per two months per blade than other blades have given me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just finished shaving with the fusion proglide razor,wow,so different.Keep in mind i usually use an electric razor but havent been very satisfied with it recently.The fusion proglide razor is a differnt shape than a usual razor.Ifound that i hold the fusion proglide razor differently as well.What a great shave!I have a rather thick beard so often dont get a close shave at all.when i shave with this new razor its such a close smooth shave,feels like im shaving in my 20s again!Im 41 now.Ive enjoyed the easy convienence of an elec tric shave but i now think its time to switch to the proglide razor all the time.i had an exceptional experience with this proglide razor, i was quite surprised!thanks!

The Fusion ProGlide Razor with FlexBall handle technology is nearly a perfect razor. I've used previous versions of the ProGlide razor in the past, and they were good, but adding the FlexBall in the handle makes the difference. My beard hair grows in many diffent directions and so I have to shave from different angles and the FlexBall made it easy and smooth to do so. My only complaint about the razor was that the ProGlide lubricant strip wore out after only two uses. The lubricant strip on previous ProGlide cartridges would last for about a week for me and that was with daily or every other day use. This one wore out in 2 uses. Maybe it was a faulty strip, but that was my only dissapointment with it.

I had seen this product before but never tried because I thought it was kind of expensive for a razor, but when I received and offer from Bzzagent to try for free, I jumped on it! I shaved my face and head yesterday and for the first time no allergies or rash, the quality it's very impressive this razor just hit my top list. I just wished it would be cheaper. The best thing I got for free from Gillette!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my Gillette Fusion Proglide Razor with Flexball Handle from Gillette to review I was thoroughly impressed with the overall design right off the bat. It was easy to get out of the package and znc I could feel that it was made out of good solid materials. I used the Gillette shaving gel and put this bad boy to the test and boy did it deliver! It easily shaved around the curvature of my face with ease. I experienced no cuts or discomfort while shaving with this razor. The swivel handle helped with being able to maneuver around and get all the areas of my face shaved evenly. Usually I have to shave over my face several times before it gets the whiskers in certain areas of my face but I was able to shave over just once and it got nearly all of it. I've been using this razor for several days now and it gets the job done shaves smooth and close. #gotitfree
