[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my free Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor in the Mail. I had 1 day of full growth (stuble). 1. Athetics: The Gillette ProGlide razor is very appealing to look at. Feels Heavy duty, as it has a nice feel while holding. The finger tip grips hold your fingers in place, so no slippage. I would give Look and Feel a 9. 2. Shaving: Though I normally use an electric razor, I found that that razor provided a very close shave. Sides of face, neck area shaving was easy and smooth. However, my chin area was more difficult as it seemed to pull a lot instead of cutting. I may be guilty as well that I was afraid of the possibility of cutting myself. However, it worked flawlessly and not cuts. 3. Since I have been using a razor, I will continue using the razor and see if it adjust and gets easier around the chin area. 4. Final thoughts: I believe that this has been the best mechanical razor I have used. I will need to continue using to see how long the blade last.

Gillette's razors just keep getting better and better. Funny thing is, they've always been good. They somehow manage to make the blades thinner and thinner and the shave gets smoother and more comfortable. I received the Fusion ProGlide via a program run by Gillette. While the handle itself is perfectly contoured, the real star of the show are the blades. The package claims that there's less tug and pull with the ProGlide and it's true. Plus the lubrication strip is great for increasing the comfort. Rinsing the blades is easy as well. Never had any hair buildup problems. The combination of a good shaving gel and the ProGlide made for one of the best shaves I've had. I've used razors in the past that really irritated my neck. I didn't have anything like that with this razor. I also like to use an aftershave lotion to keep things smooth and clear. The precision trimmer worked great on my sideburns. Gave that nice finishing touch. I honestly can't find any negatives about the ProGlide. It does what it's supposed to do and it does it very well. I will definitely be sticking with this razor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this razor since I started shaving my head (and face/chest). I needed an "everything razor", basically. This had decent reviews so I thought I would give it a shot. I have been extremely disappointed with this razor. Compared to the Mach 3 I had, this is just pullpullpullpull. Almost makes it painful. I should have just purchased more blades for the Mach3 instead of purchasing this razor and a pack of blades. Seriously. It misses spots that I go over several times. I thought the more blades the better, but I guess I was wrong.

I have been using electric razors for over 10 years now and I was never a fan of regular non-electric razors. This is because I have tried different razor types and brands, and everyone of them irritated my skin and I start seeing red spots no matter how much aftershave I use! Razors give me a hard time as I have a very sensitive skin especially around the neck area. This all changed when I tried the Gillette Fusion Proglide Razor! This razor gave me a clean shave around my sensitive neck area without any red marks or skin irritation, and I didn't even use an aftershave! The additional razor on the back is great for lining! It was really a whole new shaving experience! I guess I might finally switch to regular razors after all..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having exclusively used an electric razor for the past 6+ years, I decided to try the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor. For my first use, I made sure to have a solid 5 days of beard. At this length, my electric razor usually pinches and pulls hairs. I didn't do any special prep before shaving, just put some warm water on my face, put on the shaving gel, and started. I started on the side, just below my sideburn. The razor did a good job removing hair. There were a few strays, but based on the length, I think that is to be expected. One thing I really liked is that cleaning hair and gel out of the razor was very easy. Every time I could see all the hair and shaving get gone from the blade. As I continued around my face, I had a little bit of trouble under the chin. I had to re-lather to get everything. (One thing to note, I only shave down. I only shave up for very special occasions). I had no nicks or blood after using this razor, which I consider impressive. Overall I consider this razor to be good. I plan to give it a few more tries before deciding whether to switch back to a blade for good.

I don't shave everyday and this blade seems to be doing its job , and pretty well even after a month. I would recommend this razor to all females and males it works great and offers a nice soft smooth shave.
