The shave with the Gillette Fusion Proglide is smooth but it was nothing special. Not too impressed with the flex ball, not sure it added anything to the experience. The razor has a good grip and did glide easy. After using this sample, I would try the Gillette Fusion again.

I've never had a razor shave as costas this one does and so smooth at the end. Contours to your face for an incredible shave. I've been a Gillette Mach 3 user for 15 years.... Old Trusty, if you will. As such, I was skeptical when my Gillette Fusion Proglide arrived. I must admit that the first few shaves with the Gillette Fusion Proglide Razor with Flexball Handle have been amazingly comfortable and quite close. The razor moves with your face, which is certainly something that my Mach 3 doesn't do. Even my wife commented on how my face looked and felt smoother. I'm going to give it another few weeks before I make a long term commitment to it, but at that point its quite possible that Old Trusty will just become Old. **I was provided with a product sample by Gillette.

It has a good lotion strip as well that keeps your face form really getting burned. The only CON I have for it, if you are a rounder faced guy like myself I don't a huge benefit over other Gillette razors. If you have a chizled jaw line, then this most def is for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unique feature to the ProGlide is a ball that lets the blade swivel to the contours of your face. In other words, the difficult to get close areas such as under the chin or if you have a goatee, or moustache, become easier to maintain. Manual razors are awkward to hold to do the contouring, but the ProGlide allows you to hit all of those difficult angles with simple movements of your wrist. The blades are very good and provide a smooth shave. I see nothing remarkable in that area compared to other razors. I would imagine that this razor would also be effective for women to shave the contours of the knee area. I love this razor and feel it is one of the best on the market!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, as my title states, I feel like a surgeon with the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Manual razor in my hand. The handle is not like any other. I Think the people at Gillette really spent some time developing this great Gillette handle. The grip is right where you need it. The grip is on my thumb and index finger. It feels like it was designed for me. The handle has the right amount of weight to it - almost like a more expenive handle - not too bulky or too thin. Even when wet, I felt like I still had a good grip on it. If your wonder about the Gillette Fusion ProGlide handle then no need to wonder. I would say it's the best I have ever tried.
