reply from The Gillette Team

We designed our Fusion5 blade to be fit for a king, so we expect your shave to be far better than just okay. This is very unusual as we expect your shave to be smooth when used alongside warm water and a pre-shave. We'd like to learn more, so when you have a free moment, give us a call at 800-445-5388.

reply from Consumer Relations

I am sorry that the blade on our Gillette Fusion ProGlide Manual Razor with FlexBall Technology is not performing correctly for you. We work hard to provide you with the best shave. Please be assured that I am sharing your experience and comments with the rest of the Gillette Team. Since the assistance I can offer you is limited, I recommend for you to give our Consumer Relations Team a call at 1-800445-5388. Have a great day!
