i received my razor and i was impressed with it right away i used it and the flexball handle worked great it gave me a nice clean smooth shave

I’m Lukewarm. I purchased and tried to buy the gentle version and got this instead. Unfortunately it is very tough on my roseacea.

The blade is so smooth it's as if the it was contoured for my skin. The catridge also has a smooth flexibility it felt good gliding on my skin

I've use this razor for the last week and a half it cuts the hairs perfectly nice smooth no razor burn at all definitely recommend this.
