My husband has thick, dark facial hair. He usually looks like he has a 5 o'clock shadow as soon as he's done shaving! For the first time, ever, he got a completely smooth shave with this razor. One swipe and his face was smooth! No tugging or pulling! He was so excited, he didn't even wait to finish shaving before he came running out to tell me. Well done, Gillette!

Its like driving a car with a great suspension, the razor really hugs the curves of your face.

My only real complaint is the replacement blades are rather expensive. As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for.

The contour of my head is not perfect by any means, so having the flexball technology is awesome! I shave my head every other day so having a razor that works well and leaves my head feeling smooth without razor burn is very important. The ProGlide with flexball fits the bill! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fusion razor performs as you would expect a Gillette razor to perform. You always get a smooth, close consistent shave. I have to say you must take reasonable care of this razor to make the cartridge last as long as possible. My only issue being the cost of replacement cartridges. The flex ball allows the blade to stay in close contact with the skin while shaving the contours of the face, especially chin and jaw line areas. I have told friends and relatives about this razor and encouraged them to give it a try. Some of my friends are already using other types of Fusion razors, so I recommended they give the flex ball a try.

I have used every model of the Gillette fusion razor that has come out. I love the Gillette fusion models. The flexball is the best of the model. The handle has a good balance and the flexball allows the head to move freely with the contours of my face. I no longer need to stretch my face in all directions to get the hair hidden in the different contours. I no longer have to go in all different directions to get the hairs. The razor burn from constantly shaving in all directions over the same area. I love my new flexball. I would just suggest that Gillette make it known that the regular blades fit the new flexball.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the Fusion PrGlide razor to provide a very close shave. The single detailing or edging blade comes in handy when cleaning up the goatee or sideburns. Downside is the indicator lubricator strip wears out before the blade is dull.

How do I begin? New razor.. new gimmick? Hardly! I have enjoyed several different brands and several different variations but I will say this razor had given me the most options! The first time I took this out of the box and took it for its maiden voyage, I was squinting my eyes waiting for the pulling of hair.... But!!! it never happened! Whether using shaving gel for that total shave, or for that quick touch up dry, I never felt like I had that "too close to the face" shave! No razor burn feeling, and I always felt as though I had complete control of the FlexBall technology as I moved with the contours of my face. Now I'm not your typical "model", so my face has its fair share of contours, and I felt like the blades movement and coverage allowed me to take less strokes to give me that complete shave! As though it gave me maximum contact with the fewest strokes of the blade. Saving me time, and energy!!

I used one of the blades for my scalp and face. At first, it was just like any other razor. But after a few swipes around the curves, I realized it was adjusting and following the contours of my head really well. Then, I let my daughter use the other blade for her legs. She REALLY liked it and felt a lot safer. So, it's a pretty darn good razor!

After trying many different razors, from electric to disposable... none shave as closely as the ProGlide. This razor has become as indispensable to me as tooth paste or toilet paper. This is definitely a must have for every man's bathroom. The only real downside is the cost of the refills.
