This is an adequate razor. It does not tug or pull on the skin as it shaves. It leaves my face feeling smoother than with other razor brands. I just hate that the refills are so expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The razor provided a good clean shave. Still not sure how to use the Flex Ball technology as it came with no instructions. When I did try to turn, the cartridge ejected multiple times.

Used this for about a day and I can say that I really have come to love this razor . Its smooth , gets a close shave and gets virtually every hair just as advertised ! I definently would reccommend this to anyone .
