Let me preface this by stating that I am a Gillette user. Gillette is my blade of choice, although I do not use them as often as I used since the price becomes prohibitive. When I tried the FlexBall handle out, I was both pleased and disappointed. The handle does in fact pivot as advertised. That pivot does truly make all the difference. The head pivoted in such a way to hit all the problem areas, including that tight spot around my Adam's Apple. No other razor I have ever used has reached that area with such efficiency as the this one...not even my electric razor (which is why I stopped using it and went back to manual blades). But this experience was not all sunshine and roses. The first shave was good, however the second was noticeably worse and the third just tore my face up. The same thing happened when I replaced the blade. Normally, my ProFusion blades last anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks with shaves every 3-4 days. So to have this razor give out after just the first shave is very upsetting. My personal theory is that the two blades that came with the handle were "starter" blades. Much like the starter ink cartridges with inkjet printers. I can't see that the handle itself would cause this razor to die so quickly. If the "starter" blades were better I would give this a 5-Star rating, but considering how many nicks and cuts and rashes I received after the first shave, I could not in good conscious give it a higher rating.

I'm going to find it hard using anything else. The only complaint I would have is that it is heavy for a razor, but very effective! Absolutely support this razor as one of the best I've used.

It is one of the greatest razors that I've had in a long time the only thing that would make it better is if they came out with a power version then it would be unstoppable the smoothness of the glide motion to get the weird angles on your face is impeccable I really enjoyed shaving with the Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor with flexible technology it really does do a very good job with One pass across the face definitely would recommend to people looking for a new razor to try I give it a 9 out of 10 the only reason I say that is because I would like it in a power version

This razor shaves really great. I was a bit intimidated with all the blades, but this razor cuts close, smooth and clean and hugs all the contours of your face. It has a nice weight to it. I love how it gets me clean and close shaven. I highly recommend this Razor. The way the razor head moves really helps get the hard to reach spots and the shave is the closest I've ever had. I will definitely be buying more razors for this.

I also like where the grips are positioned to give me maximum control of the handle to provide accurate shave. I like the fusion proglide handle and would recommend it to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently own many other Gillette Fusion Razors and with this new model using the Flexball technology, is quite innovative. I do feel like it is a smooth shave, I’m sure that it is due to the actual blades, however the flex ball compliments it very well and results in easy, comfortable gliding. My face is as smooth as baby bottom with little to no irritation. Before getting this product make sure you know which razor is better for you, Gillette has wide variety of different style razors. Unlike the power run razors, this model in particular is the manual razor which gives you the perfect amount of control. With the Flexball, it’s a lot easier to manuever around our facial contours for a much smoother shave.
