[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical that this razor would be any better than the one i was currently using (Schick Hydro) but i was definitely wrong. I have difficulties with getting a good close shave on the area above my lip but the Fusion Pro Glide with Flex Ball technology gave me the best shave I have had in that area. It didn't miss one hair and i got no nicks or scratches either. I am very pleased with this razor and it also makes it very easy to quickly clean up my sideburns as well. I will definitely be using this razor for the longterm.

Let me preface this by stating that I am a Gillette user. Gillette is my blade of choice, although I do not use them as often as I used since the price becomes prohibitive. When I tried the FlexBall handle out, I was both pleased and disappointed. The handle does in fact pivot as advertised. That pivot does truly make all the difference. The head pivoted in such a way to hit all the problem areas, including that tight spot around my Adam's Apple. No other razor I have ever used has reached that area with such efficiency as the this one...not even my electric razor (which is why I stopped using it and went back to manual blades). But this experience was not all sunshine and roses. The first shave was good, however the second was noticeably worse and the third just tore my face up. The same thing happened when I replaced the blade. Normally, my ProFusion blades last anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks with shaves every 3-4 days. So to have this razor give out after just the first shave is very upsetting. My personal theory is that the two blades that came with the handle were "starter" blades. Much like the starter ink cartridges with inkjet printers. I can't see that the handle itself would cause this razor to die so quickly. If the "starter" blades were better I would give this a 5-Star rating, but considering how many nicks and cuts and rashes I received after the first shave, I could not in good conscious give it a higher rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This handle was great. It gave a good shave and a smooth shave. It was easy to maneuver around the face. Was lubricated to keep it from nicking or cutting the skin. I would recommend this product to anyone who uses manual shavers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been shaving for over 40 years. When I first starting shaving I used individual blades. Actually other than a straight razor, that was pretty much your options. Later on when the price of electrics were more reasonable I switched to those. I'm amazed at how this razor glides over your skin and around your chin and cheeks. The closeness of the shave is actually not that surprising. After all that's what most razors do. The best thing about the razor is the FlexBall technology. Its so much easier than most razors because it will naturally follow the contours of your face. After I used it a few times my wife took it away from me. She likes it so well that I was informed I'm not getting it back.

I have shaved my face with lots of different razors this one did great. My current favorite method is an old fashion straight razor. When I first opened the Razor Proglide I thought It looked great.The first day I shaved with it I realized it was great.I was interested in the electric vibration that it uses.It actually does help it glide across my face.I tried it with the device turned on and then with it turned off.leave it on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this razor. Thanks to the new FlexBall, I am able to get a closer shave with less burn!! Before, I would have to repeatedly go over the same area under my chin and around my "Adam's Apple" in order to get a close shave. That would cause redness, pumps, and burning. Now, I am able to get close enough with a less number of strokes, which means less redness, pumps, and burning. I love it!!

I received my Gillette fusion proglide razor via a program run by Gillette, I've used it twice now and it worked just as good the second time it gave me a nice smooth shave and didn't cut or irritate my skin and I'm someone who has to shave alot so I think I'll be getting this blade for now on thanks Gillette!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Gillette razors for over 20 years. The ProGlide is the best I have ever used. I get an extremely close shave and don't get razor burn, as I do when forced to use other razors. I even had to replace mine on several occasions because my boys permanently borrowed mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle on the gillette razor that I received through gillette made shaving a lot better. It was extremely comfortable. The only thing that was not that great about the handle was that it was kind of sticky, but I got over that aspect of it because it was so comfortable. I always wondered if these razors were as good as they were in the commercials and they were.
