It's the sharpest, smoothest and the new ball-pivot handle really does help with angles. Yes, the blades are a little more expensive, but I'd rather pay more than have a face full of razor burn and cuts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially expected the proglide razor to effortlessly glide across my face during my shave. However, I have tried this razor four times since receiving it and I get the feeling of a dull razor with this particular one. I prefer Gillette raors over any other name brands I have tried in the past, but this one is not for me. No matter how much shave gel I use (or even if I try a different brand of shave gel/cream) the razor still performs the same....by tugging on my facial hair with every 'glide'. The design is nice, the handle is comfortable for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opened the box as soon as it was delivered. First look at the razor and it looked different than previous razors I have owned. I found out the reason is the flexball technology. This razor was super easy to use and did and excellent job even in hard to get areas under chin and neck. I am pleasantly surprised that something that is so light can do a heavy duty job. My face is as smooth as its ever been.

The handle of the weight is well balanced; its heavy enough that feel no need to put extra weight when shaving and is light enough that it isn't a burden to use. The overall design is splendid. Regarding the flex ball, the part that sets this razor apart from the rest, it is perfectly able to run over the contours of my face. It's much more favorable than the cheap cartridge razors you may have previously used. As for the 2 in 1 shaving gel, it is equally as appealing. I chose to test the ocean breeze scent. When applied, it immediately provides a great cooling feeling. Also, It lathers up easily. As for the container itself, I previously stood away from shaving gels in pressurized containers, but the new design of the gillete shave gel takes away the mess that previously was problematic. Overall, the shaving gel is definitely one to try. I really couldn't find s reason to not suggest it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The razor cartridge performed quite admirably. For a disposable head, I could not be more pleased with the performance. But the hansle is where I have an issue. Over the years that I've been shaving, I'd gotten used to how to handle a razor's handle to get the head exactly where I want. I ended up slicing myself a couple times on this razor, because I'd turn it as if it was a fixed blade razor, then the ball moved, sliding the blades sideways across my skin ... I'm sure with practice, this could be a good system, but for the time being? I'm not impressed.

I line my facial hair along the jawline and the little ball really makes it easy. If you detail your facial hair this is definitely the way to go i would recommend to anyone that wants a smooth comfortable shave.

I have a skin condition and my dermatologist recommended using high quality blades. After using the Fusion ProGlide, i don't think i'll use another blade again. It also is really helpful in cleaning up a beard to, so it's not just for you clean shaven people too. Smooth, sleek, clean and user friendly!
