[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shave usually once a week or two, because I used to hate the burning sensation on my skin. My cheeks are very soft and sensitive. But with Fusion Proglide it was a smooth shave with out any pain. I was randomly shaving in directions without any sting. I was even pressed hard against my skin to get a closer shave, but it was smooth. Loved it and would recommend to all my friends out there.

I am a tough reviewer and don't give products great reviews very often. This razor deserves it. The flex handle is more comfortable and it actually helps give me one of the smoothest shaves I ever experienced. So besides the great new handle what makes this shaver different? It took less time to shave because it didn't miss any stubble. I only had to shave the area once to get a really close shave. It was smooth and easy to get into the tougher spots on my face. I didn't have to worry about shaving the same area several times to get a close shave. the blades were great and didn't dull after 2-3 weeks of daily use. I heard this version of the Proglide was preferred by Gillette customers and I will certainly join that group. You are missing something great if you let this one get away.

The flexball on the razor provides a close shave and contours to every curve on your face for a smooth all over shave. This razor also has a precision trimmer on the back of the razor to provide excellent edging. I highly recommend this razor to any man looking for a close, comfortable shave!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally buy Gillette brand razors and it seemed that a lot of the new blades that I bought were wearing out quicker than normal. So when I received this one I was very impressed how easy it was to maneuver around my head. That saves me time in my busy life and I've used it a few times so far and the blades are staying sharp. I'm highly impressed and will continue to buy the pro glide with flex ball.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially when I looked a the package for the Fusion ProGlide, I thought the plastic ball in the middle was more of a gimmick then function. My thoughts soon changed after lathering up my face with the Fusion 2 in 1 gel, going straight for my chin area. Wow the ball actually helps the tri-blade follow my face with the very little pressure, for a smooth clean result. Ive used other manual razors from Gillette that usually leave me with small cuts on the chin area or never quite get as close as I would like without irritation. The three bladed razor insert glides along smoothly, and with the help of the ball mechanism is certainly the best shave I've received from an off the shelf manual razor. That being said, I usually use a top of the range electric razor with some shaving gel. I was surprised at how well the Gillette compared in the quality of the shave, and would have no problem using it as substitute to my electric if needed. The only real complaint that I have, is the cost of the refills. Assuming you shave everyday, the cost of refills over a year would easily equal the cost of a nice electric razor set. Overall a great performing product, but not exactly cheap to use in the long run.

I have been using the ProGlide for about 4 weeks now. Granted, I have a full, light beard but shave my neck/under my chin and my cheek bone line about every other day. I was a little concerned about the size of the cartridge but that concern was laid to rest quickly. The blade literally glided across my skin effortlessly and the swivel ball kept the blade close against my skin at all times with minimal pressure. This razor far exceeded my expectations. That being said, I am a bit apprehensive about the cost of the replacement cartridges. Give the limited area I shave, the current cartridge I have been using for 4 weeks seems to be still be cutting as close and comfortably as day 1 - so I may get a month out of 1 cartridge which would make the cost a lot more easy to swallow. I would recommend this razor for anyone with sensitive skin, it's so smooth.. I have not nicked my skin, no irritation, etc. 5 star performance.
