[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going in I was skeptical of the claim that this new razor got every hair, but I was willing to give it a go. I got the Fusion ProGlide Razor with FlexBall handle technology to test from Gillette and gave it a shot at my facial hair. I said earlier that I was skeptical - I have scar tissue on my face in my shaving area which makes it a challenge to get a smooth shave due to the "geography" of the skin. I must say I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the results. The flexing head causes the blade system to move with the skin giving it more time on the skin. This produced a smooth result throughout my shaving area - including the area of my scar tissue. I've used it several times now with great results every time. If you are looking for a good close shave and have challenging facial skin, I'd strongly suggest you give this razor a try. I'm glad that I did!

The pivoting allows you to reach position with ease and reduce snagging hairs or razor bumps. This is a product that will become part of my shaving routine along with the Ocean Breeze shaving cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Under some principle of the laws of physics that escapes me, the "Flexball" that actually allows the blades to move from side to side, somehow provides the close, smooth and minimally irritating shave that Gillette razors are famous for. As usual, their latest is even better than the one before. The handle has a good feel, and nice rubber grips. Shaving is easy and smooth, and requires fewer strokes. I only see two downsides. The first is that the paper strip that turns white as you shave seems to do so quite quickly. I do have very thick and curly beard hairs, so perhaps that is a challenge to any razor. The second is that I wonder if the battery operated razor is superior. I presume that it is - otherwise why would Gillette make it. Regardless of this, I always go for Gillette's latest razor, knowing that it will be the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The razor is good. It does what it's intended to do which is keep contact with your face. I just wish it came in a 2 or 3 blade version. The 5 blades get clogged to easily thus making you have to hit the same areas multiple times.

If it was any closer I would be removing a layer of skin. its just fantastic and conforms to my weird face without leaving the skin. No need to bend or stretch the skin at all.

After trying the Gillette Fusion pro glide razor I will never go back. I am very impressed with its technology and how it contours to your face. Gillette has a new customer!!

These days it seems that Gillette comes out with a new razor each and every year. My first impression of this razor, is that it is heavy. That could be due to the added new features of the Flexball. The weight is not an issue and lends to the feel of a high quality razor. I was disappointed that the trial pack did not come with any extra cartridges. The pack comes with one cartridge and the razor. These days the cost of cartridges for these razors can get pricey. Once good thing about the cartridge is that there doesn't seem to be any major changes that would force you to purchase any special "Flexball Only" cartridges. With that said, I really like the new design and the closeness of the shave.

I stopped using razors to shave with because they always left me stubbly, broke out and cut up. I was ecstatic over the results of this razor! I have never had such a close smooth shave! With the way the razor glides over and moves with the shape of your face I didn't have even the fist cut! Also no razor bumps! I now have a razor I can depend on!

I was excited to try the pro glide razor. Having tried other 5 blade razors I've found that the pro glide gives a closer more comfortable shave. I like the pivot head and the push button release. I have recommended this razor to several coworkers, a couple of them said that they had tried the pro glide in the past and had forgotten the close shave they had in the past. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] got the box in the mail, opened it up to find the fusion proglide manual razor with flexball technology and shave gel 2 in 1 combo. that next morning, took that bad boy out and gave it a whirl on my face and neck. the razor did a great job at shaving without nary a nick on my skin. the shave was tight the head moved about my face well. all and all i ended up with a great shave and no issues or damage. count that as a success.
