How do I begin? New razor.. new gimmick? Hardly! I have enjoyed several different brands and several different variations but I will say this razor had given me the most options! The first time I took this out of the box and took it for its maiden voyage, I was squinting my eyes waiting for the pulling of hair.... But!!! it never happened! Whether using shaving gel for that total shave, or for that quick touch up dry, I never felt like I had that "too close to the face" shave! No razor burn feeling, and I always felt as though I had complete control of the FlexBall technology as I moved with the contours of my face. Now I'm not your typical "model", so my face has its fair share of contours, and I felt like the blades movement and coverage allowed me to take less strokes to give me that complete shave! As though it gave me maximum contact with the fewest strokes of the blade. Saving me time, and energy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually there was no cuts the razor glided over my face it was like glue just stuck right around every stroke and its one stroke and is clean Shaven I have a extremely coarse beard and it was amazing it took so little time to shave no going back over spots I loved it no razor burn either when using the ocean breeze shave gel and the blades are still sharp enough to shave quite a few more times

It's a really high quality blade that stays sharp for weeks and saves amazingly close. I've used other Gillette razors before, but this one is even better. The shave is really gentle shave and I didn't feel like any hairs were being pulled from my face.

I haven't shaved here in about a week and I know when I do tomorrow morning my face will be left feeling nice and soft. I'm actually kind of excited as weird as that sounds. No more short and annoying hairs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always liked Gilette's products. In my opinion, their products give you a great shave. The Flexball ProGlide Razor is good...however the whole "flexball" component doesn't seem to offer much to the shaving experience and in my opinion, it's kind of a gimmick. However, gimmicks aside...it's still a really good razor. It really does get "virtually every single hair." I chose the Alpine Clean scent for my shave gel. I really like this scent, it leaves my face feeling refreshed and smooth. The scent itself it also great. A nice crisp scent that is reminiscent to forested mountain valleys, it's really good, you should definitely pick some up.

I was recently provided this razor by Gilette to try out and after shaving with it a few times, it's most definitely a high quality razor, but not a "must have" necessarily. While I was shaving, I was watching to see if the flexball came into play at any point, and it did, but only very briefly and very mildly. During shaving, I don't have many left/right movement, but lots more up/down angling, which the traditional Fusion razor already supports. Not sure if that's due just to my style of shaving though. I do think it gave a quicker and closer shave though which was nice. Long story short - I would definitely buy this razor if I was out shopping for a new razor, but I wouldn't necessarily ditch a perfectly fine razor I already have for this.

I wanted to make sure it was a product that I would want to invest money in and I have to say, I love this razor! The Fusion ProGlide Power with the new FlexBall Handle really allows this razor to adjust to the contours of your face. For me personally, this comes in handy, because being right handed I always have a hard time getting the right angle on the left side of my face. It has also been some time since I used a razor that vibrates and I forgot how it does actually help me to get a closer shave. I can say this, because I have been using the Gillette Fusion for about 3 years now and this was a stark contrast in the closeness of my shave. Pros: Can use same cartridges as the Fusion(if you have extra) Vibrates for closer shave Flexball handle actually works Microcomb does a great job channeling hair Blades cut better which means less time irritating your face Cons: I was just a little disappointed that it did not come with an extra blade All in all this really is a great razor that I would recommend to anybody seeking a more ergonomic and better functioning razor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Gillette products, and have used many different varieties, but this simply was not a good razor. I get closer shaves from a dual or triple blade razor. My old Gillette Twin Plus, (with the ones that slide on), beats this device hands down. The main problem for me is that the blades are too close together, causing them to clog almost immediately. It felt like it was just sliding over my stubble, catching a few hairs at a time. After it clogged up, it was almost impossible to clean it. The contour feature seemed to work well around my chin, etc., but I still had to go over the area several times to get a decent shave, and I was not satisfied overall. The styling looks impressive, but a good shave is a good shave no matter what the razor looks like. I did give it high marks for the trimmer on the back, for detail edging, but I cannot recommend this razor to anybody. I don't know how much it retails for, but I really doubt that I would buy one.
