It's shiny silver metal frame and dark blue and black rubber grips made it very attractive and better yet provided an astounding grip that was easy to maintain control over. I'd recommend this to any one who shaves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: never had a razor cut this close; feels very comfortable in hand; look of razor is impressive Cons: not sure how the pivoting head helps as people do not shave in zigzag motions across their face. I shave in the shower. At the very end of the shower. This allows me beard to get much softer through hot water and steam as I do everything else. This extra time to soften beard makes those VERY expensive blades last much longer. My blade typically lasts 4-5 weeks shaving every other day. I used to just shave in sink and just splashing hot water on beard doesn't soften it enough and blades do not last near as long. With this said, I still have not changed the blade and it's still cutting for sharp after 4 weeks (8 shaves). Seems to be sharper at this point than previous shaver heads of other ones I've tried. As I mentioned above, most people shave in a straight line on their face. The only way a pivoting razor head would be beneficial was if you shaved in a zigzag pattern on your face allowing the head to rotate to the left/right as you applied pressure to it and changed direction back and forth on your skin. People just do not shave like that! Whether it's vertical, horizontal or diagonal across your face it's always in a straight line. So, do I buy the marketing hype around the pivoting head to get a closer shave? No. Does this razor shave closer than anything I've ever had? Yes. Would I buy another as a gift for a friend...absolutely!

Normally I use a single blade disposable razor and cannot bear to use 3 or 4 blade razors because they nick me even more! While using the Gillette Fusion ProGlide I didn't cut myself 1 time! It turned with the contours of my face and gave me a close shave without the battle scars I would normally get! This is going to be my only razor choice from now on!

I am a running behind person, so I will normally shave in the shower, wet shave without gel, so when I realized I had to use a shaving gel, I waited on shaving, giving me a little more of a cut to be needed. Maybe I am use to my 3 blade razor compared to this 5 blade razor, as… WOW!!! I am totally impressed! One swipe compared to two or three. What a time saver and closer shave!

After hearing from a trusted source how great the Fusion ProGlide razor is, I tried it. I am not overly impressed. Barring a remarkable shave next time, which I don't foresee, I'll be going back to my simple Sensor Excel. The “glide” lives up to its name – it glides over your skin, but I thought there was way too much glide at times and not enough shave. For example, I had to repeat shaving parts of my face where significant gel had remained, leaving me to wonder why the glide didn't shave those parts the first time. And I still seem to have a few whiskers under my nose and on the neck. Yes, you don't feel the shave and that's pretty neat – I had absolutely no worries about nicks and cuts – but how much of this is due to the razor and how much to using ForMen2 quality shave cream, I don't know. I am not sure if the battery powered razor does better, but I couldn't fathom using it, since I no longer use an electric shaver, I don't see the point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Fusion ProGlide (handle) has incredible comfort while using this razor. The ProGlide has two rubber grips, one on the top the other grip is on the bottom of the handle. With these grips located on the handle I could shave in any direction or angle with wet hands and the handle not slip out of my fingers. I would recommend the Gillette ProGlide razor to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally don't enjoy shaving everyday, the reason being is my face starts to get irritated after two consecutive days of shaving I've been using the Gillette Pro glide razor for 5 days straight now and no irritation or razor bumps love this razor, and I've been using it with Gillette fusion Pro glide Gel that's also a great product. It Has a great smell and your skin feels soft and smooth after the shave. I would recommend both for people that shave everyday.

Gillette Fusion has always been my choice of shaver for some time now. I can always depend on a smooth shave with no cuts or hair resistance with this product and it has gotten even better with the flexball. The Flexball helps a little more with maneuverability and goes with your facial structure enabling less tug and pull. I recommend Gillette above all for these reasons and more.

The contour of my head is not perfect by any means, so having the flexball technology is awesome! I shave my head every other day so having a razor that works well and leaves my head feeling smooth without razor burn is very important. The ProGlide with flexball fits the bill! I was going to buy new ones but decided to wait to receive my Gillette Fusion ProGlide 2-in-1 Shave Gel kit instead. I am glad I did. I grow facial hair very rapidly. I wish that was true on my head but it is not lol. My facial hair is a daily activity to care for. I can honestly say that this combo is extremely smooth and comfortable compared to my old razors and any I have used before. I had to touch my face to see if it really shaved the hairs off my face because it glided across so smoothly and effortlessly. A very comfortable shave. I am very pleased with it. I usually just lather up soap to shave my face and didn't give gel much thought. Well I think I will use this Gillette Skin care gel because not only does it help with a clean comfy shave, but leaves my face feeling wonderful!
