I typically shave with an electric razor but often use disposable razors to get those places my razor missed. On a recent road trip however, I decided to take nothing but the Gillete Fusion Proglide and some shaving cream. I thought I would miss my electric razor but thoroughly enjoyed the closeness of the shave with Gillette Fusion Proglide and loved how smooth my skin was afterward. In fact, I didn't even have to use aftershave lotion which is never the case when I shave with my electric razor. I thought for sure the manual shave would take longer than the electric and even woke up a few minutes early the first day of the trip to allow more time for shaving. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it took about the same time as an electric shave but when subtracting the time for cleaning up places the electric razor missed and not having to put on after shave, I think I actually saved time! I was so impressed with the razor, I mentioned my delightful shaving experience with the Gillette Fusion Proglide to the four co-workers I was traveling with. One already owned the Gillette Fusion razor and was also impressed with the performance. The other three heard so much about my shaving experience from the hotel to the office that they couldn't beleive a shaving experience could deserve so much discussion! Hopefully their curiosity will inspire them to purchase one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor is really great; better than most razors I have used. The shave is very close. My face is not a bit rough at all after shaving. Shaving with this razor was easy and comfortable. No irritation either. I even shaved "against the grain", which is something I cannot do with other razors I have tried. If you don't know or ever use the ProGlide from Gillette, you don't know what you are missing, it can be a real problem solver when it comes to shaving.

The shaver glides effortlessly over my whiskers and feels clean as it does it. My shave was as close as any I have experienced using a standard razor of any type. This feels good in the hand and really contours nicely to my face causing ZERO irritation While blades arent cheap in the long run a man could really do worse in many ways so I recommend this baby to any shaver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor and was pleasantly surprised at the ease and comfort of my shaving experience...I really didnt expect much more than my regular shaving experience but it was much smoother and easier than I anticipated...took a couple shaves to learn to use it most effectively but after I did,I liked it alot...I am positive I will be using this in the future and am glad I have stumbled upon it...I dislike shaving alot so anything that can make it easier or better is really appreciated..I would recommend trying it and have to many friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is immediately apparent from the time I opened the package that this handle is different from most handles of razors. It is substantial and fits nicely in my hand to allow for a good grip while shaving.

The shave with the Gillette Fusion Proglide is smooth but it was nothing special. Not too impressed with the flex ball, not sure it added anything to the experience. The razor has a good grip and did glide easy. After using this sample, I would try the Gillette Fusion again.
