[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having noted that i was interested that Gillette sent me their Fusion Proglide Razor with the new Flexball handle despite being another razor, my 2nd review is as follows. I dont think there is anything out there that will always shave all the hairs the first time around. I'm sure it's just marketing but if there really is that one device, there must be a few caveats. The Flexball isn't anything special in that regard and I'm sure the company, in order to keep the cash coming in, would need to innovate like how they are doing with the Flexball. Anyway enough about the marketing stuff - what do i think of the Flexball technology. I think it's quite innovative and it definitely is a big improvement i'd say over the typical disposable/changeable heads that those of us typically buys. Depending upon prices in the stores, i may or may not switch from my usual Gillette razors as in all honesty, as long as the razor functions better than the disposable razors, Gillette will keep me as one of their loyal customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for the flexball technology but was disapointed with the Gillette Fusion ProGlide. I have been using the mail order brand for about 4 months and it blows this razor out of the water. Pros: 1. Provides a close smooth shave on face area. 2. Very sleek appearance and innovative design. 3. Easy to grip. Cons: 1. Doesn't contour to the neck like it advertises. 2. Does not have a side burn trimmer Overall, if you can believe the hype of the flexball then this razor will probably satisfy your needs but if you are like me and just want results, then you will be disappointed. I give it three stars because it did provide a satisfying shave but nothing spectacular.

Usually I am an electric razor man, however this one is worth a try.. I can not say I would give up my electric, however If I were going camping or going to be away from power for a period of time, this would definitely be the razor of choice I would use.

If you are looking a little bit rough I would highly suggest the new Gillette Fusion Proglide Razor with the NEW flexball handle. I have been a loyal Gillette brand user for several years now, I was even using the Gillette Fusion Proglide prior to being given the opportunity to try out this new product from Gillette. I get a much closer shave with the the new razor, the Flexball handle really sticks to my faces curves and contours, giving me a much closer shave with much less effort. If your face is sensitive like mine, or you just want an easier way to shave, or even if you just want a little bit of a closer shave than what you are used to I would HIGHLY recommend picking up one of these new razors to try yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing razor. I can only imagine the power version. Very smooth and very close shave. I experienced no tugging at all it was very quick and I was able to get it over with and get my day started quick. Makes the job a little easier. Definitely recommend this product to anybody.

Before The Test- I have used Gillete in the past and have been somewhat unsatisfied. While the razor handles have been of decent quality, I found myself spending a lot more money than I wanted to, on replacement blades. I shave almost everyday and they gave me a good close shave, but like I said, I found myself buying and replacing blades quite frequently. Because of this, I recently switched to a straight razor. Review- If you are looking for a quick and comfortable shave, this is your best option. As long as you have a decent shaving cream, soap or foam, the blade will glide over any surface and will quickly cut, even the longest whiskers, in one glide. The shave was painless and the lubricated strip helped glide the razor over the skin. Thanks to the FlexBall, little effort was needed to get a good angle on the face, neck and chin. The razor is decently heavy and feels as though it is make of good material. The heaviness is also balanced and allows the razor to almost guide itself on the curves of your face. My only complaint is that the lubricant bar depletes very quickly and it is noticeably gone after two uses. Quick Review- Positives: -Quick and Simple. -Close Shave. -No Pain or Irritation. -Smooth Shave and Smooth Skin. -Contours to Face, Neck, and Chin. -Made of Good Material (Did Not Feel Cheap). Negatives: -Lubricant Bar Depletes Quickly. -New Razor Heads Would Have To Be Brought Frequently. -Cannot Find Price, So Cannot Compare To Other Razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fusion ProGlide Razor with FlexBall handle technology is a nice razor and give a good shave, but the blade dulls after only two weeks. My mach blades always last at least 3 weeks. The pivoting roller ball is unique if only the blade would last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My beard is really hard and the normal razors were not cutting it. Since I started using the Proglide I no longer get the tagging and pulling. The beard shaves off clean and easy. Cleaning of the razor is a breeze. It cut down shaving time from 10 minutes to about 1.

I use a lot of Gillette products, so when I received this I was really looking forward to using it. The razor blade does give me a close shave, but I don't feel like it's any better than the Fusion I use regularly. The FlexBall is a great idea, but it doesn't make my shaving experience any better. Overall it's a good razor, but just not any better for me.
