[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not normally a big one for change after I made the switch to the standard type Fusion razor, but this trial made a believer out of me. Those difficult contours weren't as easily missed as my standard Fusion razor. I don't normally get to shave in front of a mirror as I normally shave in a shower or steam room so I am shaving by feel the entire time. The ball allowed me to shave the way that I normally would and I didn't have the missed spots that I normally have on my jawline which is where the contour adaptive ball takes over. It may be out of place, but it also did the same for "manscaping" as I didn't have the usual missed stubble spots that I have always had in the past. I combination with the Active Sport shave gel, not only did I get a comfortable shave with a good smell, My skin felt clear and unblemished after my shaving experience. Been using it for a week now with no.....and I mean NO complaints and lots of waiting compliments.

Gillette has found a way to give more flex to follow my face and I get to use the blades I’ve come to rely on. It's high quality durable and affordable. Thanks Gillette you never let me down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let my beard grow for three days to put the new Fusion ProGlide manual razor to the test and it passed with flying colors. This is one of the closest shaves I can ever remember and it definitely outperforms my Braun electric razor. The FlexBall technology really works well by allowing the razor to follow contours without too much flexing of your arm. This appears to keep the blades in excellent contact with the skin, resulting in a very close shave. Nice work Gillette! If you are considering a manual razor, be sure to put this one on the top of your list.

Here's what I found: Being a dude with a beard, I wanted to make sure it was something that could trim around my cheeks and under my chin to make things tight.I tried this instead of my trusty old Mach 3. I received this from Gillette to try out. Here's what I found: I found the vibrating part distracting, and the blades to do no better job than the Mach3, but they a definitely sharper. Considering the gap of about $10 in blades from this razor to the Mach 3 blades, I'd probably not continue using this razor

Oh Boy! this was my first reaction after seeing the product when i received it from Gillette for TRIAL. What have they done with this new orange rotator kind of thing. Will this be in my control OR will move in any direction? I must admit that i was little scared when i used it for first time but it was an amazing experience. The new flexball really helped the razor smoothly take care of areas which were hard to shave earlier due to face structure. It was not jumping from one curve to another rather gliding smoothly. Only drawback i find (in comparison to the Power Fusion razor i use regularly) that my manual proglide razor had a much thinner hold in comparison and i had to really make an effort to hold it tight. Due to the battery inside a power razor, the grip was much better but in this one (manual version), my thumb really ached after completing the shave and may be it's just because i never used manual version (even of Power Fusion Razor) and being a big guy i am used to a thicker grip. I would really like to try the power version of this razor as well which will help me make an apple to apple comparison.

I was pleasantly surprised. I love it. I will not buy any other kind of razor. The shave is so smooth and last a long time.

Gillette is great at coming out with new razors, makes it enticing to buy new ideas. However, the best razor and blade is my old Mach 3. It works the best. these new ones are gimmicky and sometimes silly. Guys if you truly want a razor that works MACH 3 don't spend money on the others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Gillette fusion proglide razor I received from Gillette to try is now my new razor for good. It works close, quick and handles the rough stuff. I waited a week to shave and it took it right off. The best part is that I have used it 3 different times with the same blades after a week each and It still has life. I usually grow a full beard so it is great to have a blade that can take out the course hairs especially more than once littlelone three or more times. I highly recommend the Fusion Proglide w/flexball and will continue to use it from now own!
