I lost one of the hatch covers of my envoy kayak and was replaced through the chat service.

I was replaced with a plug that popped out and they were great replacing the plug thanks

We have really been happy with it

had a part malfunction & they got me a replacement quick & at no charge.

Bought in 23 seats were falling apart end of last summer 25 is been good overall just need to find seats to replace

Very stable boat but very slow. I get left behind by the single seat kayaks even with 2 paddlers.
