I purchased sample packs of the different coffees available in 80 packs to find a coffee to use as my daily coffee. This was my favorite of those sampled. The bold but smooth taste without an aftertaste is what I found most appealing. There are other coffees that I think have more of my preferred flavor and body, but they are not available in the value packs.

Newman's Special Blend will wake you up in the morning. Definitely a BOLD taste that stands up to milk and sugar. My old coffee now tastes watered down and flat in comparison. This one is a keeper! I like that this is organic and fair trade. Yeah Team Newman!

I really like this bold, strong coffee. I use the large mug and then hit it again on the small cup. I get more out of the K-cup this way. Down side - I get coffee grounds in the brewer and it plugs up the exit needle for some reason. I have diminished this problem some what by hitting the K-cup on the counter a few times before inserting it in the brewer.

Wish this company could come up with different flavors like cholocate, eggnog. gingerbread, or for example french toast..... The best coffee yet so far. I am a VERY BIG fan of very strong bold coffee with no biter aftertaste and this hands down has done it.

This one came with my brewer and for some reason I assumed it would just be average and not as 'Gourmet" as some of the other brands, so it was in my cabinet for quite awhile. To my surprise, this was an excellent cup of coffee and is now one of my new favorites!

I'm not a "morning person" but I love getting up to a cup of Newmans'Own bold coffee. At first I wasn't crazy about this one but learned to love it and now I get upset when my supply starts running low. The best of the best when it comes to a good cup of coffee, in my opinion. Try it, you'll love it!

Received this K-Cup with my purchase of a brewer. Not overly impressed with this coffee. Not that it is bad mind you, I simply would not buy it, however, did drink the 12 K-Cups I received for free! If you are looking for a solid medium roast with good flavor and complexity I would recommend the Nantucket Blend over this one.

We bought this K-cup after getting a coupon for an in-store purchase of it. Having tried it several times, we can admit it is simply not one of OUR favorites. It has sort of a unpleasant aftertaste that mimics a burnt flavor. Although not terrible, with some of the excellent K-cups that are available, our first will be our last box of Newman's Own. He can have it.

Smooth, rich, complex, well-balanced full-bodied coffee. Definitely a strong coffee but not bitter or sharp-tasting at all. Perfect for when you want to savor a really good cup of coffee. Tried this from the sampler pack included with the brewer, will absolutely buy more.

They weren't kidding when they decided to name this coffee, 'bold'. I would say it is the boldest I've had as yet. This is a strong, good tasting cup of coffee. There's some acidity, but i wouldn't call it bitter. it is good alone & with some milk & sugar. also, it is strong enough that it works very well as an iced coffee.
