Very hard

This mattress is Hard, Saggy and Lumpy. This mattress from day one was already sagging in the middle. After two months this mattress is is in worse shape than the one it replaced that was over 10 years old. The padding at first was too soft. After just a couple of weeks the padding has compressed to the point where it actually feels like sleeping on a board. I actually wake up and my hands and arms are actually numb. Luckily Sams club has an excellent return policy and actually got my money back. Alot of stores dont do that.

Great mattress! I love how deep it is and it’s comfortable, supportive for my back.

Firm yes comfortable mattress. My in laws had this mattress in their guest room and we loved it so much we ordered one too!

I purchased “two XL twins mattress and box springs” when we took the mattresses out of the plastic, we could see threading in the pockets which I have photographed below. I hope that these do not separate because if they do I want a refund or replacement. On the positive side, the mattresses do feel okay, but that’s just sitting on them after getting them into our bedroom!!!

The anti-microbial sleep surface gives me peace of mind about it staying neat and clean. I am a stomach and side sleeper- I found this mattress to be good for me with a firm yet plush support. I do recommend this mattress for a good quality sleep experience.

I have many back problems and my back does not hurt as much sleeping on this mattress. I have slept better on this mattress than my previous mattress. I do not toss and turn at night on this mattress. I cannot think of any cons of this mattress. I would strongly recommend this mattress for comfort, better sleep, and everyday and night use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about the medium firmness. I've only ever liked a soft mattress. But I've been waking up with my back hurting. This mattress let's me wake up feeling like I've slept. No more tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable. I sleep through the night. I'm a side sleeper and haven't had any problems with my hips hurting after laying in 1 position all night. I do not feel my husband move or get out of bed. He says he doesn't feel me move either. It is a thick heavy mattress, not movable by 1 person.

I love that it has 1000 individually wrapped coils to relieve pressure points its soft but not to soft. When you lay on it your whole body just relaxes. I usually toss and turn on my standard coil mattress but with this mattress I got the best sleep i have had in years.
