Awesome Picture…when it powers up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is amazing, would give TV a 5 star rating if I didn’t have to hold my breath when I punch the power button. Since late November of 2024, I’ve had 3 power supply failures. 1st TV power supply failed twice in 5 weeks, replaced TV with a new one. The power supply on the new TV lasted 5 months, let’s see how long the replacement power supply lasts!

Great picture, slow internet access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has worked great except for the fact it likes to drop the internet connection from time to time. No other device I have has difficulty in the room that this TV is placed and it is only 10 feet away from our router.

Hi TSalllow, Thank you for sharing your experience with Internet connectivity. If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router 4. Try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You can enable automatic updates for convenience. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns. Great picture- buggy interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the OLED display but the Samsung interface often hangs when starting Paramount+, Peacock, and some other apps. Restarting the app doesn't fix the issue and I finally found that unplugging/re-plugging the only way to get the interface to work correctly again. I've never have this problem with any of my other smart TV's (mostly Roku interface).

Sound Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 Star review is because of the sound. It is a little more muffled than my Sony tv. It’s fairly slow to return after muting and sometimes have to turn the tv off and on again, to regain sound. The picture is great, the set is very easy to use and the price was much better than Sony. Keep making great products!!

Beautiful TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use out TV everyday for watching streaming shows, and sometimes gaming. It has the most beautiful, clear picture. We can't believe how thin it is. The features are amazing. I love the controller, if my kids misplace it, I can just use my phone. The sound is also great. We absolutely love this TV. It was a wonderful upgrade from our old one.

Good but no cigar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our tv mostly for streaming apps. Sometimes it's the apps' fault sometimes the TV's fault. We have had to unplug the TV quite a bit to reset the parameters for TV use because it was not responding.

Amazing Picture and Super Slim Design

This is my first time having such a thin TV and I love how it looks — very modern and elegant. The picture quality is excellent, with bright colors, deep blacks, and great contrast. Even during the day with sunlight, the screen looks clear. It’s easy to use, fast, and works great for movies, sports, and daily use. Very happy with the purchase!

Excellent TV, wish I had gone bigger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even in a bright living room, the picture quality on this TV is amazing. I'm used to watching videos on my phone or computer, and now I can't do that anymore. It looks so much better on the TV. As with most TVs these days the built in speakers leave a lot to be desired, but that was an easy upgrade.

Great Picture

Sound quality is much better than expected, although for movies and simulcasting it is hooked up through digital port to stereo system. HDMI to computer for simulcasting works perfectly as does the DVD HDMI. Recently cut the cord and easily accessed the fiber network.
