It smells like coconut and dirt. Couldn’t get it out of my hair for days. It just sticks. Very gross.

I bought this shampoo and the conditioner to go with it. It leaves a residue on your hair and no matter how many times I rinse it- it still feels gummy.

This leaves my hair feeling like I left the conditioner in my hair without rinsing. I have long fine hair. Tried another shampoo and took several washes for my hair to go back to normal, would not recommend.

This is the worst shampoo I have ever tried is it pretty bad that I have to wash my hair again after using this shampoo and dry my hair it feel so oily tangle it was horrible like I haven't wash my hair on weeks not recommended wast of money terrible shampoo.

Not only does this product have a clean, fresh smell, it's great for my thick and curly, dull dry hair. I need the oils for my locks to set and remain frizz free. This may be a no brainer but, this is NOT SUITABLE FOR THIN OR NORMAL HAIR. It's a heavy shampoo and conditioner that will leave oils behind and weigh hair down, again, it's perfect for MY hair and I will definitely buy it again!!!

Not sure the shampoo or conditioner they both are greasy, hair feel gross. Threw the shampoo and conditioner away after two week of using it. I wash my hair every other day, normal. This product looks like I have vegetable oil at least a few inches from my roots. The conditioner can't even brush without leave in conditioner I've used for years. My hair is 14 to 16 inches long and feel gross! Never buy this product again!!!

I bought this shampoo, but it has not cleaned my hair very well. My hair always feels slightly sticky afterwards, even after thoroughly rinsing. It makes my hair look greasy the morning after it is washed and my roommate said the same things after she tried it. I would not recommend.

I thought my daughter wasn’t rinsing the product out of her hair. Left it feeling sticky. I’m surprised because I know it’s a good brand. Throwing away more than half of the bottles full away. I wish I could return it. Waste of money. Will definitely read reviews next time.

I have a water softener, but I have no complaints about the shampoo. My hair came out of shiny and I did not need to use a conditioner. I let my hair dry naturally and the curls were beautiful when fluffed. My hair is thin it they looked and again no conditioner needed.

This may be good for more textured hair however NOT for my thick, straight hair. I used it once and instantly noticed my hair being weighted down and feeling thick like I have syrup or something in my hair. Felt so greasy just after a shower. Used it a second time and had to shower again because I couldn’t stand the feeling. Decided to try it one more time and again. Nasty. Threw the whole bottle away and will NOT every be purchasing anything from this line again.
