I have cut back on my carbs and switched to keto bread and buns. This is the bread I reach for now. Sam’s is the best place to buy the loaves, so much cheaper than the regular grocery stores. I prefer to eat it toasted because I like the crunch.

Started buying this "no sugar" bread for a family member who started a "factor" keto eating plan. It is hard to find any bread with NO SUGAR, much less good fiber. This bread actually tastes good, not like "cardboard", makes toast and sandwiches fun again!

Have been eating this brand for about 6 months. I think ingredients have changed or my taste buds. Last few loafs have been a bit more chewier than other keto breads. However. Once you toast them lightly, the texture between keto and regular say white bread is about the same.

I finally decided to try a “Ketogenic” bread, and this is the one I chose. I read the ingredients when I had it home getting ready to eat a slice and was so disgusted with myself. I spotted this on the app and had my husband just add it to the list without looking at the ingredients list. I went ahead and toasted a slice. I have to say it had no flavor, I guess if you were going to use it as a “wrapper” for some sandwich it might work out ok. To be honest it had no flavor and felt like I had eaten cardboard in my stomach. It isn’t even real Keto, because it contains wheat starch, and wheat protein. Seriously, how can the company call this product Keto when it contains any part of the wheat berry. Read the ingredient list.
