If you want a keto bread that tastes just like regular white bread, look no further. I've told friends about it only to hear they don't like keto bread and I couldn't understand why until I was travelling and bought another brand that was awful. Lewis for the win. I've been using this for a year now and will continue to use it because it's that good. I only wish Sam's would carry Lewis Keto hamburger and hotdog buns.

I finally decided to try a “Ketogenic” bread, and this is the one I chose. I read the ingredients when I had it home getting ready to eat a slice and was so disgusted with myself. I spotted this on the app and had my husband just add it to the list without looking at the ingredients list. I went ahead and toasted a slice. I have to say it had no flavor, I guess if you were going to use it as a “wrapper” for some sandwich it might work out ok. To be honest it had no flavor and felt like I had eaten cardboard in my stomach. It isn't even real Keto, because it contains wheat starch, and wheat protein. Seriously, how can the company call this product Keto when it contains any part of the wheat berry. Read the ingredient list.
