So glad to have this tree! Much easier to put together than our last. Electrical cords are all in the post and it just snaps together and then you are done. The tree is very full but not too wide and the lights are warm, plentiful and beautiful

Sam's online customer service has been very disappointing. I purchased the tree online via the app and a few days later it went on sale. The customer service at the physical store said they cannot do a price adjustment on an online order and my only choice is to repurchase the tree in the store at the discounted price and return the online purchased one. I followed instructions and submitted a return in the app for FedEx to pick the tree up from my house to return it. FedEx came to pick it up and it has been lost ever since. Even with Ring camera proof of pickup, Sam's club will not refund the original tree purchase. They also stopped responding to me via email to help me resolve this. I have been scammed out $630 and will never purchase an online item again.

Gorgeous tree, ours had several light strands not working properly when we received it. We called the company, it states that if you haven't registered online they can't help you then hangs up..so I register online, upc code from box, receipt, date from bottom of tree on the pole. Email them, after about 3 weeks of emailing back n forth and sending them the EXACT same information I submitted for my warranty, along with photos, searching for the tag to see what rows of lights are missing, etc. They finally agreed to send us lights…Way more of a headache than just sending it back. If you are thinking of buying this tree…DONT DO IT, the customer service isn't helpful and will ask for one thing at a time, and it will take you weeks to get anywhere. Buy a different tree!!

Warm warm LED lights, and all of them really light up the room. We didn't need any overhead or lamp lights this season and could read by the light of this tree. Very full but plenty of room for gifts. The branches are very nice. This replaced a 12 year old members mark tree, we bought this brand again because of the longevity, branch texture and tree shape.

I've never had a more perfect tree! 4500 lights! I can literally read by the light of this tree. The shape is perfect… it was so easy to set up and took no time to shape up the branches. Kudos to the manufacturer for the foot pedal to turn the lights on and off. Excellent quality and great price!

This tree is beautiful! The only thing i wish it had was the option of twinkling lights, but other than that it is perfect! Worth every penny
