Beautiful Tree

Because I like a well lit tree, I have always added lights to my tree. NOT THIS ONE! This tree has spectacular lights. It’s still brand new so I’ll have to update my review after the holiday season to add more comments or to report any problems with it. The tree is very full and you won’t have to worry about seeing straight through it. It was also easy to set up. I have received many compliments on the tree. My neighbor liked it so much, she went and bought one as well.

Very Disappointed in Online Service

Sam's online customer service has been very disappointing. I purchased the tree online via the app and a few days later it went on sale. The customer service at the physical store said they cannot do a price adjustment on an online order and my only choice is to repurchase the tree in the store at the discounted price and return the online purchased one. I followed instructions and submitted a return in the app for FedEx to pick the tree up from my house to return it. FedEx came to pick it up and it has been lost ever since. Even with Ring camera proof of pickup, Sam's club will not refund the original tree purchase. They also stopped responding to me via email to help me resolve this. I have been scammed out $630 and will never purchase an...

    Beautiful Tree

    Everything I hoped for and MORE!!!

    This tree is absolutely beautiful! I bought a prelit tree in 1999 and used it for years!!! When the lights stopped working, I strung lights on it and used for many more years, until last year! Cleaning out the attic, it was time to let the tree go! I saw this in Sam's club, loved the tree and the price so I brought it home. I put the tree up last night and I am blown away!!! This tree is beautiful and I could not be happier! It looks like a real tree and puts off soooo much light! I am so happy! I'm so ready for Christmas!

    She is STUNNING

    No fluffing, easy assembly, tons of perfect warm but bright lights and love the real touch realistic branches. She is so full and pretty I’ve had it up for a week with no ornaments on it and still gorgeous. Zero complaints and no regrets! I hope this tree lasts us several years!

    GORGEOUS, real looking Christmas tree

    This Christmas tree is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! Great quality, easy to put together, and was shipped securely to my house. I have been looking for a new tree, and I am so glad I chose this one! Looking forward to enjoying Christmas with our new tree!!

    Lovely but no remote/setting switch

    Five stars for the lights, set-up and show-stopping appearance! My one, tiny flaw is that the tree only has one setting (on/off) therefore no remote necessary. It’s my fault because I didn’t look more into it before I purchased. Otherwise, it’s absolutely perfect and I kept it!
