It’s a good Machine but for sure don’t freeze the pints At angles.

I’m so happy I received this from my husband for Christmas. It is very durable and slightly heavy, so it has a permanent space on my kitchen counter. Whips frozen ice cream into a creamy mixture. Love the recipes that come in the manual. I will definitely be purchasing other books for more ideas.

Saw this on YouTube in so many way ice cream was made. Doctor told us both to increase Protein. Saw many recipes for adding Protein. Also saw some of the problem folks have had. I decided to give it a try. Got machine and the extended warranty. Have made about 4 16oz pints. Great taste and works very well.

This machine is wonderful, easy to use and clean. It is loud and needs to be to smooth and make creamy ~ for my needs~ nondairy nice cream, sorbet, sherberts, smoothie bowls & more. Literally, take some Fairlife Chocolate Milk and Chuck it in a jug then freeze it. You'll have some of the best chocolate ice cream that you ever have. And protein to boot! I don't think I'll ever go back to regular ice cream now. Dumped a can of pineapple in there and made sorbet overnight. Excellent purchase! You will need a few extra container bowls to pre-freeze concoctions

It works great! I've already made 3 of the recipes....we like the vanilla gelato the best, so far. I make peach sorbet and it was wonderful.

Ice cream is my weakness. I can make a healthier protien ice cream with this. I LOVE it and use it almost every day.

If the Install Light stays on once you raise the cup up, you have a defective machine. The Santa Fe Sam's is selling defective Ninja Creami machines. I returned 2 last week to Sam's. The problem is the Install light stays solid, which means the blade is not attached properly. I thought to myself, there is no way that the odds of me getting another defective machine (%233), well I did. I called Ninja and they said it is a defective unit and I could return to Sam's or they will send me out a new machine. I explained I had returned 2 machines to Sam's and both of them did the same solid white Install light and now the 3rd machine is doing the same thing. Ninja said Sam's must have received a bad batch! Really? Now I have to wait 7-10 days for my new replacement from Ninja. Ninja had me do a zoom meeting so they could see for themselves that this indeed what was happening. I did tell Sam's my convo with Ninja, but they are still selling the machines.
