This works very well for what it’s intended, but what I don’t like is that some of the product has made its way into the lid where the blade attaches and makes it impossible to clean. Just imagining the mold that will begin to grow in there was all I needed to return it. If they made a lid that was easy to clean would make a huge difference because I would have kept it.

i tried to avoid one more "toy"..but i finally ordered from sam's, easy, quick, and if, at 84, it would be too hard for me to use, sam's would take a return..no return for me!!easy for me to lift container on machine, as i have frozen shoulder, and fallen bicept..but grandson did first, and then made sure i could use just fine..and..we did!! ninja can be relied on for excellent, well thot, useful, and user friendly appliances!!...recipes are great..but i use my protein drinks frozen...great buy, and fun to use...just had to decide place on counter, as i need not to be lifting myself.. ha

This is not what I expected. In essence it’s just a big blender for frozen pre made ice cream. I thought this machine actually was an ice cream maker.

After 3 uses the blade wouldn’t stay attached and caused damage. Very disappointed for the Ninja brand. I have 2 other appliances by them and they are great. This product was garbage.

This is so unique! It makes a perfect size and takes minutes.

This was a gift for my granddaughter and her family. I have one and am extremely happy with it. My granddaughter loves hers, too.

If your looking to make your own ice cream that is health or your lactose intolerant but want to eat ice cream. This is the product for you. It’s amazing!

My daughters have used the Ninja Creamy daily since it was purchased. Boring protein drinks are more enjoyable when frozen and processed with the Ninja Creamy.

Although the commercials show using all kinds of fruit., you can't. You can only use bananas or canned fruits. Only a few. For the cost of it there is very limited uses

Such a fun appliance. We’re able to make fun new ice cream concoctions. The machine itself can be pretty loud, but the end result has always been worth it.
