Love it….

I love my ninja Creami. I’ve had it for a week and tried a few different recipes. Look on Pinterest or do a web search for recipes, and a ton will come up. I also made a milkshake with regular chocolate ice cream and the consistency was perfect. Some reviews state that the frozen product is crumbly or dusty. All that you need to do is add a little milk/protein shake and do a respin and then you get the correct consistency. Just read the manual, it tells you all of the tips, or look online. I took one star off just because it is really loud so I can’t make it late at night or I will wake the whole house up.

The description is very deceiving! One states 3 pints, while description states 3 additional pints. Reviewers & ninja answers also noted this included 4 total pints. While I’m still happy with my purchase, the main reason I ordered through Sam’s was the addition pints.

Returned due to the extreme loudness. You need to use hearing protection - it's that loud. #2 - Blade comes off regularly. #3 - Unless you have the dedicated counter space to leave it out, The Ninja Creami is Quite Heavy to take in & out of the cabinet every time.

I ordered this online. Received it , opened it and product was just sitting in box no cardboard nothing. So I knew this had been a return. I wanted to exchange it at store of course they were out. The lady behind the counter tells me since I ordered online there was nothing they could do about it. So disappointed!
