Ok it seemed a little complicated at first and I was scared to mess it up but after making a couple of things it’s a little easier. There are so many ways to use it and I’m having fun exploring new recipes! Totally worth it!

We got this for Christmas. It’s been so fun and yummy but just today the two pieces (container & outer container) fused together like it melted together and stuck. We eventually got them apart but concerning.

I bought it in July of 2025 and as of October 2025 it is broken, the metal arm that goes down and makes the creami broke while doing it's job. I wasted the money on the thing and wish it was made better. At first it's 5 star, great ice cream and all that, looked forward to it every night. Now I'm at a very significant financial loss and don't know what to do. Do I buy another one or just sit on the disappointed feelings left over? The worst part is I finally felt good enough to throw away the box it came in just last week. No lie, I thought it was apart of the family and it's time... I'm kinda upset, really. The lid and the inside of the machine can get extremely dirty so you can use the tube to find out how to clean it up real good.

This is the best little machine ever! I use it daily to make healthy protein packed ice cream.

Not worth the price. Does overheat.

Disappointed. You basically have to make the ice cream, freeze for 24 hours after you have manually mixed all the ingredients. When you are ready to eat the ice cream you put the frozen product in the ninja device and it basically just sties it up. That’s is. Can’t tell you about anything else it does but it would have to follow the same process.

This was the best purchase I made in all of 2022. It does EXACTLY what it says it does. I have purchased store bought ice cream since.

Not Creamy as name implies. Churned mixture per instructions and ice cream was powdery and lumpy, not creamy. I tried another recipe from the book and got same results. I guess if you plan to consume it right after churning it may be a little soft, otherwise, it’s hard as a rock. Manual says 2-3 minutes; more like 6-8 minutes.

This is the single POOREST DESIGN APPLIANCE EVER. ANYBODY who has one, after you've used it a couple times, shine a flashlight into the bottom side of the lid, I can guaranty there will ice cream, mix ins and MOLD inside. It is 95% IMPOSSIBLE to clean out. The 3 little springs that operate the blade release mechanism will be covered and filled with food material and mold. When I contacted Ninja, their answer was, and I quote, " There is not a Cleaning Solution Fix for this. We appreciate your input and comments and will pass them on for future consideration. YouTube is full of videos concerning this issue. The next newest version, Ninja Addressed this issue in the lid. Instead of the Plastic being transparent, the plastic is now BLACK and non transparent. I washed/rinsed and used a Industrial Kitchen Cleaner for 45 minutes and could not get the food matter and mold out of the inside of the lid. And it was rinsed after every use as per the User Manual. Your first clue that it isn't clean, You can smell it.
