Love the equipment execept the slide. It feels and looks flimsy. The installer said if I would have bought in store (Sams) that the slide would have been a one piece unit. Why can’t online buyers get this option or have the ability to purchase? This is an expensive item and I would like the slide to last

We purchased the skyfort ii for our son. There are so many activities that he can use now and grow into in the future. The items were well packaged and it took by husband 11 hours to put it together (he’s a contractor). He raves about how detailed and well organized the instructions were. We would absolutely recommend this swingset to anyone look for outdoor play for their kids.

This set is great. My kids LOVE it. Rain or shine they are on it. Shipping was super fast, it came actually too fast because we didn't even have the area ready yet and it was already in our driveway. Make sure you start and finish where its going to be forever because we didn't and it was pretty heavy to try to move. My husband and I are very handy, with many tools on hand. Forewarning, there are some tools needed that are not listed in the beginning of the instruction manual. (few random drill bits) Best advice I could give is have a nice size work area, and separate all your boards together into rows with their respective labeling. (example L1-L10, M1-M74, so on and so on) Also, separate your hardware into piles. (ex: bolts, washers, screws, lag screws) DON'T USE A BUCKET OR BOWL TO GRAB HARDWARE AND GO!! Its easier to just bring the bags so you don't get pieces mixed up. We went this route and it made life and the whole process much easier and quick. My husband and I were both helping so one would work on a particular task while the other grabbed all the wood for the next part and stacked it up. This helped the whole process fly by, it only ended up taking a few hours over the course of a few days to do. (We had to keep stopping because of bad weather, otherwise I think we could have gotten it done in a day or two. The set is absolutely more than I would have ever asked for, meaning it has everything my kids could ever want to do in a swing set. The only negative feedback I have is that the quality of the wood itself is not so good. Multiple boards came bowed, uneven, had big holes from knots where hardware was supposed to go, and just poor quality. Some were slightly split, and when putting together they split even more. Some of the pilot holes were off causing us to drill new ones to line everything up. I get nothing is perfect when you get 4 boxes filled with what seems like a billion pieces but if it effects the integrity of the structure its a bit worrisome for parents. We ended up replacing a few small pieces where hardware split the wood completely, and we even bought a few longer screws to put where the bowed wood wouldn't stay attached to the wood behind it. Other than that I would say all in all we are getting our moneys worth because my boys are very happy with it.

We feel good knowing the set is safe and amazing quality and love watching her imagination run fold in her own little playground. Looking forward to having this set for many many years! 10/10 would buy again!

We bought the Skyfort II set at Xmas 2019 for our then 2yro. Who knew that just around the corner all public parks and playgrounds would be closing. We assembled the set, my little one helped with his plastic tools, at the end of January. This set was more of a life saver than we ever could have imagined when we made the purchase. We have since added some accessories from the BYD site to add to his entertainment options. Nothing short of hours of fun for my little one. I am a bit old school and used the paper directions to assemble. At 36 yro, it took me 2 full weekends to assemble alone. I have no complaints though.

My daughter loves this set. Nothing feels cheap on it. It did take my husband a couple of days to put together but it was well worth the wait. My only suggestion is to stamp the wood better bc it got tough trying to read the stamps on the wood to put it together. The delivery was great got it quicker than we were supposed to.

First off this swingset is exactly what I had expected. We saw a smaller version in the store but wanted just a little more so the kids wouldn't get bored and hopefully use the swingset for years to come. With that said, the wood quality of this swingset is inferior to more expensive brands. The stain was spotty and will definitely require additional staining and waterproofing. We looked at the higher quality swingsets but decided that for the money this gave us more options (monkey bars, picnic table, huge play area). My husband has spent about 2 FULL days putting this together with the assist of atleast one other person. Best advice, lay everything out and make sure you are organized before putting pieces together. We didnt have any missing pieces and the directions were pretty simple to follow. The kids LOVE it!!!

This is a great swingset for our 2 children- ages 2 and 4. Overall we feel like we got a fun, quality swingset for the price we paid. It shipped fast and we had it within a week of ordering. We originally paid for the installation part but the company Sam contracts with (Go Configure) cancelled their appointments 3 times within a week and a half. After being on the phone with their 800 number and a local manager for over an hour total along with the cancelled appointments, we were fed up with them! It took 2-3 weeks from when we had the boxes at our house for the first appointment to get scheduled too. So after a month of having the boxes we decided to do it ourselves! It wasn't as bad as we thought it was going to be. The pieces were all labeled and the boxes all had inventory sheets. I was the part finder while my husband (and father in law for 6 hours) put the pieces together. Overall it took my husband and i one 10 hour day (with my father in law helping for 6 hours) and one 6 hour day with just my husband working on it. So not nearly as long as the website says. It definitely helps if you have some power tools though! I would definitely recommend this to a friend but DO NOT PAY FOR THE INSTALLATION unless you want a big hassle!

This is a well priced playset and my children all love it (ages 2, 5, 9). Its beautiful, high quality and sturdy. The only downside is the assembly. When the directions say it will take 2 people 24-36 hours, that is NOT an exaggeration. We hired handymen to do it and it took them three days and cost us more than the set itself. So, make sure you have the manpower to assemble!

Our kids love it now that it's up. It took my husband by himself about 26 hours. He did a little every night after work. I would recommend having a level area planned out because we thought we had a good spot picked out and had to move it (in the beginning stages of being built). Give yourself a day to just lay out all the pieces and my husband actually stole my tupperware to put the screws and bolts in. Shipping was just the way it was explained; they called and set up a delivery time. The drivers were nice enough to also put in my backyard and not leave it to us to move. If you have the money, I totally recommend this playset.
