Pretty happy over all with this purchase. I would have given 5 stars but to me there was some excessive checking/cracking on the boards. I am happy that there were no missing pieces. Directions were good. Would recomend to other customers to layout the material just like the manual describes.

So purchased this for 2 kids one 6 yr old and one 9 yr old, was delivered within 2.5 weeks from purchase and waited another 3 weeks for the assembly (which I highly recommend) it took 3 men 8 hours to build it. They damaged several pieces during the install, and a few others were of substandard quality during the install. It's already been 2 weeks and they have to ship me the replacement pieces and then reschedule a team to come out to re-intall them. Meanwhile they tell you that you have 30 days to put a weather coating on it to have a warranty mine will be past this as I'm still waiting on these parts, also as my kids climb up the ladder and play in the house and swing it sounds as if its cracking in several places. Not sure I would recommend this, but I will say the install team was great, the company kept us informed every step of the way from days after our purchase to shipment to install it's just the quality that I don't trust yet.

Great play set that was relatively easy to build. My kids love it and it has all the activities to make it fun for a long time. I do not know how long it will last (probably only 2 or 3 years) before it will start to fall apart. Overall, a GREAT value.

Bought this and son and one-two others worked to put it together. Went together easily and had it up in less than 3 days. A minor issue was a few screws were missing, but were available locally and didn't prevent construction from going forward. Caution note: Need to slowly screw bolts into nuts. If you start out using a power tool you may cross thread. Ran into this problem early on and learned to use hand tool to start bolts and then use power tool. Granddaughter should get years of fun out of it.

It took a few days putting this together. The instructions were decent, but a few minor improvisations and a few bolts purchased at the hardware store was required. It is very nice and sturdy. My biggest gripe is that the slide is not one piece, but a flat piece that fits into the wavy channels and then is screwed into the plastic to keep it from falling out. The issue is that it feels like it will break if someone >100lbs goes down it and it is very bumpy, so you kind of launch off of the 1st bump and slam into the 2nd bump. Anyways it is more sturdy and better built than our last similarly priced one (we didn't get to take it when we moved), but the slide is not as nice. Good buy and experience overall. It would be 5 stars if the slide was 1 solid piece.

There are a lot of parts and comprehensive assembly instructions. No where in the process did we have to deviate from the described path to make it work, which is all to common. Get a couple of friends, one who is a stickler for details and process, and don’t hurry. My son, daughter in law, and I did it in under 40 man-hours

I assembled this right after Christmas. It took me a solid 3 days by myself. For the most part, every piece fit together really good. I don’t really have anything bad to say about the assembly. The only negative is that when I opened the boxes to assemble it, the boxes were filled with rat nests. The rats had obviously occupied these boxes for some time. They had started eating away at the wood. A couple pieces were chewed up pretty bad. Nothing that I felt would compromise the structural integrity of the swingset, but I wasn’t happy about the quarter moon they chewed out a couple pieces. Other than that, I’m happy about this product. It was just as advertised.

This is a great set. The only reason I give it 4 stars is 1. Because it took us 4 days to put together! 2. Some of the wood was already flaking and cheap. There were so many different bags of nuts and bolts and some wood pieces were not even labeled. Also make suuuuure you watch hole placement I don't know how many times we put a board on just to take it off and flip it around! I do feel its a little cheaply made but it will work for its intentions. Looks great in the yard and our daughter loves it.

I am so happy i purchased this as a house warming gift for my daughter. Everything is well marked with clear instructions-not as overwhelming a project as some make it sound. Sort things out -have your tools ready and follow instructions and you'll have a new swingset in no time. My only complaint is the inability for the delivery men to put the 4 packages in the driveway-she lives in the country with a huge driveway and they would only put the boxes at the curb-there were only 4 boxes!? Otherwise I see many years of backyard fun for the grandchildren!

Bought this about a month ago and was able to assemble it in 3 days. Total time took 3 of us about 20 to 30 hours. Some of the pieces split but cedar is soft. Sometimes it helps to pretrial even though most of them are. We also placed the base on pavers that were level as this should extend the life of the swing set. I thought the instructions were pretty clear too. Another thing that will help speed it up is to put all the hardware into some sort of organizer and organize all the pieces to make them easier to locate. Also when it's delivered it's curbside so make you have help to carry very heavy boxes to where you need them. The kids love it!!!! Not too big but not too small for them to get bored quickly.
