Good Quality Material. My husband built it pretty much by himself with a little help from my 13 yr. old son. It took 2 1/2 days to complete. That included leveling the ground that the play set was to be put on. All material were well marked and the instructions were well thought out. He said that the only real problem he had was with the 3/4" truss head bolts and their barrel nuts he had to add more 5/16 washers in order to make them tighten down. He agreed with previous reviews about laying out all the material before building, it made it a lot easier to assemble. I have 5 kids 3 of which are at and under the age of 3. They love the play set and were very excited as they saw it go together. Delivery was fast we got in about 5 days after I ordered it. I would recommend this play set to a friend.

It came in 4 large boxes. The pieces come stamped for identification and each box has a list of its contents. I opened the top of each box and taped the list to the outside. I had about a dozen cardboard bins that I labled with the part numbers of the bolts/parts. The longest part of this job is just locating the parts in the boxes. The organization helped greatly. I did this build by myself in about 30-40 hours. My wife helped for about 5 minutes when I was putting the slide together. I had no missing parts and it turned out great.

First of all, this product ships to you in a big truck,(18 wheeler) so be sure you have plenty of room for the driver to get turned if needed, or arrange to meet him or her in a pickup truck. It will fit easily in the bed of your pickup. When you get it home open each box and sort through the pieces and check them off on the parts list. Mine had a few broken boards and some missing also. It took a week for the parts to get here after I ordered them but the company gives you no hassle on them. It's also a good idea to seperate them into different piles according to the letters marked on each board. This will save you tons of time later when looking for each piece when you assemble it. Have a fairly level spot for assembly. I leveled mine when I got the initial frame work done. It would be a nightmare if you tried assembling it without being level, front to back and side to side. Some of the directions need a little work and I think the picnic table top should have thicker boards. When in doubt, read ahead and try to figure out how things are supposed to fit. I had to do some creative carving of a few pieces to get them to work, but overall this is a well thought out playset. I compared a lot of other playsets before buying this one. The Skyfort was the best buy, by a long shot. Sam's Club offers to set it up for you for $500.00. After putting mine together I would have to call that a bargain!! I put it together by myself but it took me 6 days between rains and honeydo's. My mother in-law took one look at it when my wife and I were sorting through the parts and said I would never get it put together. I'm pretty good at the handyman stuff so I was confident I could do it. It would take $1000.00 for me to do another one though!!! Overall this is a quality product and I would recommend it to anyone.

We bought this last year for our grandkids. It was easy to assemble with excellent instructions. Unfortunately it was not anchored properly and blew over during a terrible storm. Your company was great to send the replacement parts needed at very little cost. Now it is secure and the kids love it! The quality of the playset is excellent.

Good instructions for assembly and high quality. Parts are across several boxes though; for example there are 10 boards to make up the rock wall, but the 10 boards are in 4 different boxes; which was annoying during assembly and makes assembly slower if you don't have room to lay everything out and sort prior to building. Put it together myself in 2 weekends. Very sturdy and will bring years of enjoyment.

We recently purchased this and assembled it last weekend. I was very impressed with the labeling of pieces and simplicity of the insructions. I have bought entertainment stands that were more confusing. Was able to have it put together within the weekend.

We purchased this set over a year ago and it has been well loved by my four children as well as the many kids on our street. We would highly recommend this set. We did have a few minor issues on inspection early this Spring and the company stood by the warranty without hesitation and we had our replacement piece within a couple days at our front door.

READ YOUR MANUAL CAREFULLY, DOWNLOAD BILT APP AND REVIEW, PUT ALL HARDWARE INTO ZIPLOCK BAGS AND LABEL WELL. I THEN PUT MINE IN NUMERICAL ORDER AND PUT THEM INTO TWO SHOE BOXES. I LEFT THE LARGER HARDWARE IN THE BOX IT CAME IN. I WROTE NOTES REGARDING HARDWARE AND DETAILS IN MY MANUAL. BE SURE YOU PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO POSITION OF PILOT HOLES ON BOARDS AND KEEP SCREWS AND BOLTS A BIT LOOSE TO ALLOW FOR OTHER PIECES TO FIT TOGETHER WELL. I ADDED 2 2x4 BOARDS UNDER THE CLUBHOUSE FOR STABILITY!!! I'M A 55 Y.O. GRANDMA BUILDING FOR THE 1ST TIME!

Overall the swing-set is ok. Quality does not reflect the price of this. The slide is very cheaply made. Two sturdy pieces of plastic with a thin flexible piece of plastic run down into the groves. 1st day the slide is broken when my 8yr old about 55 lb child went down. We will be reinforcing the floor board for the play house as it doesn’t seem that sturdy. Putting it together was fairly easy but time consuming. 2 pieces were mislabeled and the roof that came pre assembled had too thick of a piece of wood that we needed to shave down. Not huge deals. Only thing I’m really disappointed in is the slide and wish it was higher and a sturdier quality for what we paid.

Great entertainment for my 3 children. When I recieved this product I inventoried this product by seperating it into 10 steps at a time per instruction booklet. I purchased Thompsons Water Seal (Honey Cedar) and sealed all boards before assembly. Recommend to have a cordless impact drill and a standard cordless drill, one for lag bolts and one set up for pilot holes. Took approx. 12hrs to unpackage, organize, and waterseal. Approx. 12hrs to assemble. Recommend to purchase sand box liner with cover or I purchased 1x6 doug fir and painted green to match green on playset for more play area.
