Our kids absolutely love this swingset! My son loves the swings and has mastered the rock climbing portion. The picnic table and sandbox are also amazing features that come with the set. Overall super pleased with the purchase and our kids are in love with the set. They constantly want to go outside to play on it!!

Not sure why everyone loves this set. Overall, the set provides enough activities for my children to play with. However, the quality is extremely poor. The wood is very soft and split in many spots while putting it together. It is not cedar, but cedar stain. Part of the wood grain are rising and peeling. This set has been together for 2 months. I called customer service and their response was that, I must be having extreme weather and in order to maintain the warranty, I must seal the set. Ok, but it's only been up 2 months and in NY we have not had extreme weather, it's been unseasonable cool. Our intention was to seal it at the end of summer, because I did not want the kids playing on the set when the sealer smell was on it. Poor customer service and a poor set. Wish I'd spent the additional $300 bucks and bought the gorilla set.

We bought this for our 3 sons (ages6, 2 and 6 months), they all absolutely love it, the older two more than the baby! There is plenty of room for our kids, plus their friends to play. We also added our infant swing from our old set, but with the glider and swing there is plenty of places for all the kids to swing. The estimated 20 hours for assembly was accurate, it would not have taken as long if the directions would have been clearer. There were a few times that we had to look ahead in the directions. We also had to take things apart and put them back together again. My husband is very handy, so that also helped. It also helped that we organized the wood and hardware before we started so that everything was easy to locate. I have since talked to another mother who bought a smaller set and now wishes that she had bought the skyfort too. It is a great set for the money.

My kids are obsessed with the wave slide and love hanging out in the upper clubhouse, pretending it's a princess castle. The rock climbing wall and ladder are perfect for keeping them active, and the swing set with the two-person glider is a huge hit. The cedar wood is not only good-looking but also super sturdy, so I feel confident about their safety. The instructions for putting it together were clear, and having some friends help made it easier. This playset has turned our backyard into a fun, exciting place where the kids love to play for hours. The quality outdoor play equipment that is totally worth the investment. I highly recommend the SKYFORT II to anyone wanting to create a cool outdoor play area for their kids.

When we decided that we wanted to purchase a playground for our children we didn't know where to begin. When we did finally decide to purchase went with the Skyfort II, our only concern was when the carrier left one of our 5 cases containing our slide somewhere and we didn't get our slide for 4 weeks after the other 4 cases. trying to deal with The retailer we got it from was a nightmare but Backyeard Discovery stepped in and made it happen, Thank you very much. This is an amazing playground thank you Backyard Discovery for building an amazing product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to fulfill my own childhood dream of getting this for my son. I always dreamed of getting a playset like this when I was a child, but was never able to. So I got this for my son. It took about 3 days for my husband and I to put together (FYI he’s a mechanic and familiar with power tools and following instructions). It came in 4 boxes, and the pieces were not organized at all. I had to act an inventory person collecting all necessary pieces from each box, while my husband was in charge of installation. Sadly, 2 weeks after it was finished, we had a spontaneous wind storm that blew the whole thing over. We filed an insurance claim, and replaced it. It took about 2 days the next time around- we knew what we were doing this time, and we were able to save some sections from the first one which saved time. We anchored the next one with 4 cement footings. No problems with the second one. Despite all this hardship with it, my son loves it, and we don’t regret getting it at all. Very happy with this purchase.

My wife and I bought this around 3 months ago and we JUST were able to finish it (we have 2 small kids, 2 dogs and we both work). We finally just got it done last week and our kids love it. The wood pieces are pretty sturdy and it’s a really beautiful set once it’s completed. My wife and I had so much fun building it. Some screws and bolts were tricky to get in, but if you’ve built anything before you should be able to handle it just fine as it comes with great instructions in the paper copy as well as in the phone app. There are some discrepancies between the two though, I found, so I’d suggest sticking with one or the other (I used the paper copy, call me old-fashioned). I had to put a few of my own screws into some of the thinner boards as I finished and found some screws coming loose. Just some 1” screws will do the trick. I recommend having some on hand. All in all, this is a great play set! And we can’t wait to see our kid’s build memories on what we built with our hands.

This set is HUGE. That's not a bad thing but however large you believe it is, it's bigger. The kids are loving the monkey bars and of course the crow's nest. Assembly wise, it's not too terrible but don't be surprised if you spend a couple of weekends on this. I was able to assemble it myself, the only really challenging part was the crows nest. You're really got to make sure that thing is squared otherwise when going to mount over the swings, you'll find yourself disassembling and reassembling the floor. I would absolutely recommend using the BILT app as a supplement to the paper instructions. Being able to zoom around to identify the location of pre-drilled holes that could not be seen on paper was extremely helpful for board placement. All in all, it's a great playset and kids are extremely happy to have it.

When they’re not climbing and swinging, they’re hanging out in the clubhouse up top or at the picnic table. It is a beautiful addition to our yard as well. We’ve gotten so many compliments on how it’s such a nice-looking swingset. It took us a couple of weekends to assemble - we had all the parts laid out and organized on the ground beforehand. In the evenings when we’re out back sitting on our patio it’s almost like a centerpiece in the yard against the sky. It’s big enough to where our grandkids and the neighbor kids can enjoy it all at once, and it’s held up pretty good so far. It’s been a great investment!

We bought this online and had it shipped. Upon receiving, I took inventory of everything in each box with the included parts list. It made it a lot easier to have everything laid out when building. The instructions were easy to follow which was very nice. Be extra careful to match the pilot holes with what's on the pictures. The two issues we ran into were with improperly drilled pilot holes and some missing hardware. Once we figured out the pilot holes were wrong (especially on B5), we just measured and drilled them out ourselves. We ended up running to the local hardware store for the lags and bolts that were missing here and there just so we could get everything finished. Now that it's done, it looks beautiful and the kids love it!
