Looks nice and is very sturdy when all done, which is not what I thought when first looking at the boards in the boxes...some warped and they are not standard size 1Xs. Sort, sort, sort and prepare ahead before assembling! Use the pictures!! especially for locating correct boards because some are not well marked and pay close attention to the orientation of the holes. Reading at least one or two steps ahead will also save some frustration. Lots more predrilling than we anticipated, but two drill batteries and quick change drill/socket/screw bits saved lots of time. Some of the not so straight boards can be manipulated into place and secured - just takes two to do it. The instructions show the highest little window in the back, but we put it in the front as it is in the promo pic, and also the instructions show all of the window frames installed on the inside and we put on the outside because they look better. We had 2 missing floor boards and another split board, but just called the 800 # and they were at our house in 2 days (FedEx). No questions asked - great customer service. This set is for smaller kids and I think 10 yrs old would be stretching it other than the monkey bars and swings. I researched many sets and this was the best value, but I don't have kids at home all of the time so it will only get occassional use. You can find the instruction manual online by searching 'leisure time products sky fort.' It does look impressive and we plan to seal it every year to keep it looking nice.

There is something on this playset that all 3 of our boys, 1, 3 & 5 LOVE. Our 5 year old has become a master on the monkey bars, our 3 year old loves the swings, and our 1 year old loves climbing up the ladder to get up to the slide, doing that over and over again! We are so pleased with this purchase! We bought it because my twin sister has the same one for her 3 kids and we knew how much time they spent on it. Don’t wait any longer, just buy it now and you’ll be thankful you did!

Both about a month ago. Definitely need a little skill and a whole lot of patience to put it together. It took just about the whole 22hours to get it completed. But we had to stop for rain as well. The kids love it! And we are just glad it’s put together finally.

It came in 4 large boxes. The pieces come stamped for identification and each box has a list of its contents. I opened the top of each box and taped the list to the outside. I had about a dozen cardboard bins that I labled with the part numbers of the bolts/parts. The longest part of this job is just locating the parts in the boxes. The organization helped greatly. I did this build by myself in about 30-40 hours. My wife helped for about 5 minutes when I was putting the slide together. I had no missing parts and it turned out great.

We purchased this for our 7 and 2 year old and have not been disappointed! This structure is definitely large enough to entertain and challenge our seven-year-old. As well as enjoyable by our two-year-old. Tracking shipment was a breeze. Assembly was fairly smooth. Take the time to sort the pieces and hardware and it will be much smoother. We had no issues with cracking wood as long as we used the predrilled Pilot holes. Overall this has been a wonderful investment and anyone who comes to play at our house now has their eye on one also. It sells itself.

I bought this for my 4 year old grandsons birthday and he loves it. Spends hours playing on it. He loves to climb up the latter and head up to the look out tower. He loves the rock climb and the closed in 2nd floor as his hide out. I had couple boards left off for ventilation, in case you notice in the photos

We bought this a year ago and have enjoyed having our own playground in our backyard! The kids (4&7) love the lookout and the rock wall. It’s perfect for picnics, playing store, and even bring in pillows for lounging. Very sturdy as well. My husband assembled in less than 2 weeks.

This Skyfort is wonderful and quite solid. This 68-year-old grandma put it together with only a little help. It took me a week though. I finished it on Saturday, and my 3 and 6-year-old grandchildren loved it. Their joy was short lived, though, because a massive storm with high winds swept through Dallas on Sunday and uprooted a huge tree that fell on the entire playhouse and crushed it. It was completed less than 24 hours. All of us are devastated but grateful that the Skyfort kept the tree from landing on the house. My children and grandchildren are safe, albeit without gas and electricity for probably several days. This is hard to explain to two little ones. I’m not sure what we’ll do next. Even if I can figure out how to buy this playhouse again, I don’t live in Dallas and don’t know when I could put another one together. Maybe we’ll figure it out. Two crying grandchildren are rather motivating. Thanks also for the BILT interactive software. I loved it. It made assembly so much easier.

Santa had this play set delivered early so that we would have time to put it together before Christmas. We originally were going to pay someone to put it together but after organizing all the parts, I decided we could do it ourselves. Organization is definitely the key! All parts were accounted for and in great shape. I labeled pieces in baggies by steps and grouped wood together also. I am a 35 year old woman and am proud to say that I put the entire thing together by myself! All the parts fit together like a puzzle. Only one post had pilot holes mismarked but I figured it out quickly and just drilled new ones. I used two drills and had one battery charging at all times. You do need various drill bits, a hammer, and a rubber mallet also came in handy. The set came with a few drill bits and hand tools. There were plenty of extra screws, etc. I am really amazed at how strong it is. I've used the swings and glider, ladder, slide, and tried the monkey bars.I can even stand on the crow's nest and I'm 185 pounds. The inside is so tall (like 7 feet)! The kids have been playing outside until sunset, which was our goal. I'm so glad we purchased this set and look forward to years of fun since my kids are ages 2, 5, and 8. It's great for all three. The price, size, and various features were right on.

We bought this last Xmas for the kids ... It's huge a nightmare to put together !!! Pieces come in different boxes so u have to go threw all boxes when trying to find matching pieces took 2 days to put together.. The kicker is they have flyers inside with a number to call to pay someone to put it together for u ... They probably would charge $500 and send out 10 men lmao ... Overall a great product once put together
