I purchased this playset online and also used Sam's Club's installation. It was a very easy process. It was installed in one day!! The installers were very professional. The playset is very good quality and will last for many years to come. My 7 year old daughter loves it. It is tall enough for a 6'1'' adult to stand on the second level. I'm very satisfied with the playset. I would recommend to anyone!!!

This is a well priced playset and my children all love it (ages 2, 5, 9). Its beautiful, high quality and sturdy. The only downside is the assembly. When the directions say it will take 2 people 24-36 hours, that is NOT an exaggeration. We hired handymen to do it and it took them three days and cost us more than the set itself. So, make sure you have the manpower to assemble!

If you plan on building this by yourself, follow the instructions and pay close attention to them, but be prepared ad lib if necessary. Lay everything out sorted by part numbers before building. The majority of this thing can be built by 1 person, and can be done over the course if multiple days a few hours at a time. Be sure to have a good power drill, and a good Phillip's screwdriver bit, and a 5/16" and a 7/16" drill bit.

We bought this about a month ago. We have six kids, from 10 to newborn. All of the kids enjoy playing. They spend hours on it everyday. Imagination station at its best with this swing set. We've had pirate ships, a restaurant, school, princess tower and volcano all out of this play set so far. Lots of fun being had here!!

Bought this about a year ago, I assembled it with the help of one person. It took us 2 days. The instructions are very well. I suggest if you have more than one person have instructions on phone or print off another set.First step is to make sure all parts are they and labeled. I only had 2 pieces that where not labeled but was able to figure them and the mark them. I have a 2 and 4 year old that love it. I installed a circle rope swing on the monkey bar side due to my kids are not being able to do the monkey bars yet, also installed a baby swing on the swing side. After one year I see that the roof wood is fading and need to be restrained or painted. Also we are on a hill and have alot of wind, make sure to anker the rock wall to the ground. Mine blew away after a big storm. Over all I would say if you are looking a well designed and easy to assemble play set. Then you have it.

My husband and I constructed this play set all by ourselves and we have very minimal construction or building experience. We were able to knock this out over the space of a week, between me the housewife doing a lot of the smaller sections myself and then tackling the bigger tasks together. The customer service was amazing, and we never felt inadequate when speaking with their reps, they were quick and thorough with their solutions and extremely helpful. We are looking forward to using this beautiful addition to our home for many years to come.

We love this swingset, which is used daily by our 8 year old daughter and the three class mates that come over every day after school. Although they can't stand up straight under the club house, they have plenty of clearance, and more, on the rest of the set. My 6'1" husband can stand in the clubhouse with ample headroom. We elected to apply sealant to every piece of wood prior to assembly, which took approximately 16 hours. Actual assembly took approximately 24 hours, achieved sporadically over a 10 day period. We weren't missing any pieces, however four were mislabled. The directions are fairly clear; several times we had to redo work when we secured wood in the right spot, but on the wrong side. It has been up for one month, played on daily by four children who average 52 pounds, and they are not gentle on it. We could not be happier.

We were looking to buy a swingset this spring anyway, and with the unexpected shelter in place orders from the coronavirus, this has been a lifesaver! Our three kids (ages 7, 6, 3) play with this nearly every day - it's challenging enough for the 7 year old but has routes, like the ladder, that the three year old can use. We opted for installation and when there was an issue with the slide the day after installation, they came right back out the next day and fixed it. Would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this almost a month ago ... delivery was good ... the driver helped me to put it where I am planning to put it together ... took me full three days to put together all by myself .... my kids are super happy and loves it so worth the money and effort

The set is designed well. I was impressed by the precision of all of the pieces. Unfortunately, we were missing some screws and the company never sent them to us or responded to my online request. In addition, some hardware was not threaded enough to tighten them completely. I had to add a washer. Some screw heads were too small requiring the addition of a washer there as well. These are small details, but if you're selling a kit that contains "all of the parts" then it needs to CONTAIN ALL OF THE PARTS, and they must be the correct size....Who wants to run to the hardware store (again, first trip was for screws) in the middle of a project?!
