My Girls, ages 2 & 7, love this fort. We recently had a birthday party with a Jumping Balloon, hardly any of the kids used it, they were all playing in the Skyfort. It did take 2 days (approx. 20 hours) to set up, but the instructions clearly state that! The instructions were clear and very detailed. This will be something that my children will enjoy for years to come!

So far the product has been great to this point (about 1/3 of the way built). When opening the boxes however there have been 2 damaged pieces of wood rendering them unusable, however it is one of the most common pieces so I am hoping they included a couple extra of these so I don’t have to go purchase some wood, then cut and treat them myself. If there are a couple extra pieces, I will update this review!

Order process was fast and easy. We received our play set in about a week and had it up in under two days (even with a two year old "helping"). We did have to return a damaged slide, but customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend the Leisure Time Play Sets. High quality materials and the directions were very easy to read. Overall, I was very happy with my first Sam's Club online purchase experience.

The best advice I found and would pass on to anyone building this playset would be to open each box, inventory the pieces using the step by step assembly instructions and placing the items for each step into seperate piles as you go. This last part will save you an unbelievable amount of time. We assembled the set in approx. 17 hours with 2 people one day and 3 the next. There will be boards missing but as others have mentioned the Customer Service is the best I've ever contacted and the ones I spoke with had assembled these sets and knew exactly what I needed, no questions asked.

Would have gave it 5 stars but there was a couple pieces missing and had to purchase more screws from local hardware store. Not a big deal. Awesome play set. Kids love it. Took the wife and I a week to put it all together. Was fun quality time together.

The quality of the product is great. The only complaint I have is that you had to open all 4 boxes and the parts were in random boxes for step 1 to finish. A few hours could have been shaved if steps 1-xx were all in the same box then xx-yy... The instructions were good. The delivery was awesome - I didnt have to load up the trailer and go 50 miles to town to get it and then 50 miles home with it.

Great value for the offering. Good quality product. Durable. Looks adorable. My son loves it (he is 4). All the neighborhood kids are always asking to come over and play on it. It took my husband an estimated 20 hours to assemble. He said it wasn't bad to assemble. We built sections in our garage and then carried the tower back to where it would be placed, and finished the final assembly in our backyard. We had all our parts - nothing was missing like I had seen mentioned on some reviews. All parts were packaged nicely - very organized. Came in 4 large boxes - fit in our garage. We did not have time to seal or stain it before assembly like it sates in the manual. If you have time I would do that before assembly. Pleased with the purchase.

This swing set was successfully put together by my husband and three family members. It took a total of 15 hours to assemble...I had all the wood pieces laid out in alphabetical order for easy and faster assembly. I also had all screws/bolts/etc laid out for easy access. Multiple drills also helped the assembly process speed up, as one would charge they would use another. I have two girls and they LOVE the swing set and we can hardly get them in to go to bed at night. The monkey bars are a bit too big for my 3 year old but she will grow into them eventully. We had a birthday party and 10 kiddos had the times of their li es running all around playing on it. The quality for the price is amazing!! I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to others! The picnic table is perfect for crafts and tea parties! The clubhouse and crows nest are very spatious!!

I purchased the Skyfort II swing set from Sam's Club. I decided to do the DIY install, after all said and done I would probably pay someone to just install it. Be prepared to have lots of numbered boards with many bags of screws. With the help of my Father in law I was able to get it done in a few weekends. I found out to have a 3rd person read ahead in the instructions and get the boards/screws out that are needed for the next steps was much help with the flow of installation. What slowed me up was the fact there were a few boards damaged once I opened the packages. The great thing was I contacted Backyard Discovery (who were great to deal with!) and the were able to get me replacement pieces sent out at no charge. The main reason I gave this set a Good overall rating as opposed to an Excellent is because of the quality of the actual boards and the coating on them from the factory. When I contacted Backyard Discovery about the broken boards they told me to make sure to put an oil base stain over the whole swing set to make it last longer and not rot. If I hadn't of called them I probably wouldn't have ever known to do that, even though I think after the fact I looked in the instruction booklet and there was a small area that mentioned to stain the boards. All in all it is a very nice looking swing set and my kids love it.

Customer service was wonderful! Highly recommend separating all parts and hardware when you open the kit. We labeled post it notes and stapled baggies to the studs in the garage. I called myself (wife) the parts manager, lol! The slide was not what I expected, but it’s ok. Had to put the slide together. That was the most challenging part. I thought the slide was coming in one piece. I can’t really tell you how long it took us, because we worked on it a couple hours at a time on the weekend. The BILT app is AWESOME!! Very accurate and you can enlarge and turn the pictures to see exactly what you need, and what to do. I enjoyed this project and the grandchildren (9years, 4 years, and 16 months ) LOVE IT!! Wish we had done this 4 years ago. Looks great in our backyard. Backyard Discovery customer service is second to none!!
