It was a bit difficult to follow the instructions and sort through all the lumber and hardware when building yourself and some of the pre drilled pieces were drilled a bit off but overall with many hands and a good chunk of time we were able to get the job done and now enjoy this awesome play set!

We bought this for our sons 2nd birthday. This is something he can grown into and the quality is definitely you get what you pay for. We were impressed by the quality as we had looked at other play set that cost just about the same. You really get your moneys worth with this play set. We had about 8 kids (ages 2-10) of our friends over for his birthday and they all LOVED it! We did add a toddler swing had to purchase that separate. It took my husband and father in law a few days to put it together. FOLLOW the directions. Print them out and look them over before starting it will make it easier. We are very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this set solely based on the reviews... the price was a plus. We started this project over the holiday weekend, hoping to be done by Tuesday to go back to work....not. It took two additional days to complete it. Day one was spent doing inventory and checking to make sure we had everything. All the wood was there but several pieces were cracked or warped and we had three bags of screws missing. Costomer service was very responsive and sent what we needed, no questioned asked. We took the advice from another review and laid out all the pieces alphabetically and labeled all the screws in individual containers for easy access. That made the process much faster. My 8 year old was the runner and as we went page by page she would gather all the pieces and screws we needed and sat them aside for the next step. It's was really important to read ahead just so that you knew how to prepare. Several of the steps could be extracted and done out of order. I wouldn't suggest that for the majority of the building. I read ahead and did things like the rock wall and ladder and put on the slates while my husband moved on the next step and did the heavy lifting. It was a good idea to copy the pages from the book if more than one person was helping so that they would know the steps and parts they needed. The directions were a little confusing at times, causing delays as we tried to figure out what it really meant for us to do. If using a cordless drill have an extra battery or a corded drill as back up. We also had to have a few pieces cut because they were too long. There was not much getting around having the recommended items. I think we used everything the book said we would need. We didn't have a 10' ladder but we did the best we could with a 8'. You really only need the 10' for the left side of the roof. The right side can be put on via the crows nest, which was able to hold my 200pd husband. We used a step stool inside the clubhouse for some of the roof stuff as well. All in all, an awesome swing set. We added some screen material to the windows to give it that real house feeling and a few extra accessories to give the girls more to do. We've had to chase them off it everyday.

I love this playset. I have a 4 yr old and a 8 yr old and it fit both of their needs. So putting it together took my husband almost 2 full days. Went together easily after sorting the pieces. We did have a couple problems with holes lining up but we were able to fix that. Also may want to put top/bottom stickers on some pieces. Kind of wish that there qas more space between swings because its hard to fit a circle swing with the other ones.

I read many many reviews and researched a lot of play sets before deciding to purchase this one. My husband and his dad put this together and used me as a goofer. I went through each box and set out each corresponding piece before building to make sure we had everything. This helped a lot when needing to find the pieces for the next step. This defiantly takes two people and lots of man hours to build. We did a few hours a night over a week and a half. It really helped them to use me as a goofer as well to get the pieces gathered up for the next step and analyze the directions. This saved them a lot of time so they didn't have to get up and down out of the play set and figure out where what went next. The directions are in 3D on a 2D paper. They are very difficult to understand but we managed to get it all together the right way. All in all our children love it and couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase this one.

I'm giving this overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of the delivery company. Sam's almost lost the sale altogether because the delivery company couldn't get off their lazy lying butts to deliver as promised. I had to threaten to cancel and refuse any future delivery attempts unless they had it delivered by 3:00 pm on that final promised day. They showed up at 2:50! The product is good. If I could suggest an improvement it would be the indentification of the lumber pieces (the stamp on the pieces themselves) and identify which box the pieces are located in during the instruction step. There are 4 large boxes of lumber and hardware. Each box has an inventory sheet but you have to look at each box's inventory sheet to find the correct board to use for that step in the manual. Lots of time wasted looking for lumber. The wood quality is good and all pieces were there except for one L bracket. Also, customer support doesn't like to answer there phone so be prepared to wait on hold for a long time if you need something. It took 2 resonabaly knowledgable men about 25-30 hours to complete the assembly of this ,fort. Probably 5 of thoses hours were digging through boxes looking for lumber. The metal and all hardware is good quality. I am empressed which the finish of all the metal pieces. Overall a great product!

We have had this playground for 3 summers now its held up pretty well up until this year we noticed a lot of fading in some ares. Decided to re stain and seal with behr deck and siding paint. Would suggest you tighten every season as a lot of the bolts where really loose. Wood feels kind of cheap its a really soft pine, had a couple of the fence boards peel a layer of wood off. Added a few 2x4s to reinforce floor while painting as i don’t recommend for adult use or bigger kids. the orange/ brown stain pic was brand new a few years ago. The new color i used is redwood behr deck paint. Overall happy with swing set and the neighborhood kids love it.

Product arrived in 4 large heavy boxes. Took 2 full days to put together. Only complaint with building the play set was some instruction pages were very vague and didn't specify which way to put boards until a few pages later, so there was a lot of backtracking. Which is why I gave this a 4 star rating. Will need a minimum of 2 people to put this together. Other than that it is a great play set and my kids love it. Would definitely recommend this play set and/or brand to others!

Im a welder that works construction and my wifes a waitress. It took me and her 20 hours to put it together. If the boards were labeled good we proboly could have done it in 14. Easy instructions . My wife mainly read the dircections and had the parts ready for me to put together. I had to help her find them sometime. Thats the only issuse i had. Labeled good and she could have picked them up quicker and i wouldn't have had to stop alot. Over all, not bad. Kids love it. I would recomend it. Its worth it.....

My husband and I purchased this swing set a month ago for our kids. My husband built it all by himself and did a fabulous job with the help of your directions app. Our kids could spend hours and love playing on it. I feel very comfortable with craftsmanship and quality of this product. Definitely a great investment.
