We got this playset for our 3 kids, ages 3,7 & 8 for Christmas 2018. It was a pain to put together. The easiest way is to go thru the directions and separate stuff into piles, the directions aren’t very good and it’s all unorganized the way it’s boxed up. Once you organize and separate, it gets easier to put together. It maybe took 1 1/2 months to get together working several random hrs here and there. Also due to bad weather, lots of snow & rain there was even more delay.

This is the best investment ever and I tell every parent out there, if you don’t have one, you are missing out. We built this ourselves, it took us 3 days about 6 to 8 hours each, taking out time and pacing ourselves to do it perfect so it was safe for the kids. You could pay someone, but I tell you, they won’t do as good of a job, they’ll have a bunch of screws left in the end. With the app, it’s extremely easy to build, just takes some time to make sure everything is where it belongs. Quality is good, all the parts were there. The value for this playground is amazing, we shopped around and there is nothing this nice at this price. We are very happy with our purchase.

We purchased this set for our 3 grandchildren who live with us. We started out by doing a complete inventory, everything was included. (one board broken, but we glued it) The instructions were very accurate for the most part, one spot was a little vague, but we figured it out. A couple of the drawings seemed to be backward. For the most part they were right on. With all the lumber laid out, I would get the boards needed for the step and the hardware and my husband would put it together. Then we moved to the next step. This seemed to work great. The kids helped with a lot of the smaller steps and were great little go-fors.They were really excited to help. All in all I would say it was a great family project that resulted in a lot of fun for years to come for the kids and enjoyment for grandma and grandpa. Not nearly as difficult to build as we were expecting.

Most of the wood seems very flimsy. For the price I definitely expected better. My husband and father in law put it together alone in a weekend. The number one problem I have with this is the super shady thin pieces of plastic backyard discovery wants to call a slide. It’s literally a very thin sheet of plastic that screws into the side pieces with multiple screws that’s don’t fit in properly. Terrible slide.

My husband and I constructed this play set all by ourselves and we have very minimal construction or building experience. We were able to knock this out over the space of a week, between me the housewife doing a lot of the smaller sections myself and then tackling the bigger tasks together. The customer service was amazing, and we never felt inadequate when speaking with their reps, they were quick and thorough with their solutions and extremely helpful. We are looking forward to using this beautiful addition to our home for many years to come.

This set it huge! Our 4 kiddos, ages 5-14, have used it in different ways. The older ones use the "fort" for Nerf wars, and the younger ones use the swings, glider and picnic table. The inside of the enclosure is so big, a 6 foot tall person can stand up in it. My only complaint is that there is no reason for the complete chaos of pieces in the boxes. There are a TON of pieces and no organization, so it took hours just to sort them into lettered piles. I am glad that we took someone else's advice and sorted through them all first, while this took quite a while, it saved even more time. I sorted, while my husband built. With the 2 of us, it took 4 days, and a total of about 20 hours. It was worth the time and effort!

It was very hard to follow the instructions, to put a specific piece together it was so easy to put it in backwards, upside down ect. I had to disassemble several times to get it right. I am a contractor and thought it would be fun to put it together. Now I would recommend that you have it done by someone who is experienced in the process.

Good instructions for assembly and high quality. Parts are across several boxes though; for example there are 10 boards to make up the rock wall, but the 10 boards are in 4 different boxes; which was annoying during assembly and makes assembly slower if you don't have room to lay everything out and sort prior to building. Put it together myself in 2 weekends. Very sturdy and will bring years of enjoyment.

Great quality, all of the parts were there with the exception of 4 1" screws (no big deal). It is easy, but very time consuming, to assemble. We used an air rachet and compressor to install all of the bolts, which I would highly recommend even if you have to rent it. It saves your wrists from having to use a conventional ratchet 250 + times. The finished product looks just like the picture. It is better than some other units at twice the price or more.

Our kids absolutely love this swingset! My son loves the swings and has mastered the rock climbing portion. The picnic table and sandbox are also amazing features that come with the set. Overall super pleased with the purchase and our kids are in love with the set. They constantly want to go outside to play on it!!
