Simple to use and setup

So much easier to use then my conventional one. Nice and compact and is easy to setvup with Garmin Connect. Cam change user's with touch of a button. I got errors all the time with my old unit from.band being not tight. This adjusts size much better and stays that size so yiu can just slip it on really quick and be done. Glad I bought it. Also can use your HSA.

Easy to set up & use

I ordered this a few weeks ago to track my BP, as I've noticed it's been slowly creeping up over tge years. I also have a Garmin Venu 3s and also a Garmin Smart scale. So I wanted something that could integrate with the Garmin Connect App. The BP monitor was very easy to set up. I can slip it on and take a BP reading and it automatically records it in the Connect app. I really like the way it seamlessly saves the data and provides detailed charts to identify trends. If you need to monitor your blood pressure this is definitely the way to go.

Additional Users

My wife and I both have Garmin watches and I recently purchased the smart scale along with the BP monitor. We have spent too much time and energy trying to get both of us connected to the BP monitor and still have only one user. The connectivity should not be this difficult and frustrations clearly rise when we try multiple times to no avail. My wife still is not connected and we have given up.

So Far Love This BP Machine! Few Minor Issues

This was a Christmas gift I asked for and so far it is performing really well. The device is often used at night while lying down (I read supposed to be most accurate & meaningful) and it is hard for my index finger to be sure it is on the correct button to start a reading without looking. Getting the unit connected to wifi was a little tricky and Bluetooth went well. I am the only user so I have not tried adding others. So far so good!

Handy small size and low weight

I have now been using the Index for 2 years here are the pros and cons. Pros 1) Small and lightweight 2) 2-3 month battery life when used once a day. Cons 1) Accuracy very dependant on the advised body position. 2) Cuff design not as easy to use as leading competitor (Garmin will remove name if provided)

Love the BPM!

Very nice build quality, easy to read screen, buttons are easy to pick between the three and are easily pressed. The band is easy to put on and remove after your test. I absolutely love the three tests in a row option that averages out the rapid three in a row testing. Lastly it has flawlessly uploaded my results to Garmin connect since I purchased the devise.

Difficult to use

I found the Index BPM difficult to use. The adjustable cuff is very stiff causing it to fit tightly at the top of the arm, but very loosely as the arm tapers down. I don't think you can get a reliable measurement with that fit. I tried it multiple days, but in the end returned it.

LOVE IT

I am so happy that I invested in this blood pressure monitor. It is easy to use and transmits immediately to my Lily2 watch. I really like the chart that appears on my watch and the details that are provided as to what the reading means. Since I am having to report my BP readings to my doctor currently, this monitor (and the watch) are perfect tools to have at this time

The best BP monitor I have ever used!

I use the Index BPM every morning. Like all of the Garmin products I use, and I use quite a few, it is faultless. It connects with my WiFi and the Garmin software on my iPhone. The Garmin Connect Mobile app integrates the data with everything else in the system and gives me an excellent perspective on my current health. I have taken it to my doctor's office and checked its accuracy against his unit. It is very accurate. it is easy to use. The batteries last for a good deal of time, and when they are changed it does not affect the settings, so with a new batteries it is ready to start right up. It is expensive compared to other monitors but worth the price.

Convenient connectivity, readings fluctuate

I love the fact that all my vital information is captured in my Garing devices. It is easy to use. Training and tracking progress is easier in a marked way! The BPM smart Blood Pressure Meter typically takes two readings to provide accurate blood pressure readings. I have historical data to compare.
