I recently bought this monitor and have been using it daily for about 2 weeks. It is practical but lacks certain things. For example, the cuff is not soft enough, making it hard to adjust on the arm. People with short arms might also have issues, as the device covers one's arm totally. Garmin could have also added a storage box or bag for the device. However, in general the device works fine and I like being able to see all my details on Garmin Connect.

This was purchased to add to our growing Garmin devices. It seems to do a perfectly adequate job at providing a daily insight into blood pressure. I have not verified it versus a 'professional' set but it is a good indicator at any rate and so long as it is accurate to itself, which it is, I hope to use it to provide some additional diagnosis tools to maintain general health. It adjusts easily and is three button simple. My only complaint so far is that I have not found a way to set up both mine and my Wife's connection to our Garmin connect app simultaneously. When she connects it to hers, it seems to remove my profile altogether. It is entirely possible this is user error. Simply stated, it does exactly what I expected it to do, which is perfect.

I go back to the IQue 3600! Remember that one? It was awesome. Seeing the evolution of this company has been amazing. So far so good with the blood pressure monitor. It is a great addition to Garmin's health ecosystem with garmin connect! Once again thank you!

Really pleased I bought this. Had to buy it from America as Garmin don't make it available in UK yet. Works so well with the GC App. Only issue I have is that the American scale does not correspond to what is acceptable on the British scale. If you can live with that, it's another great Garmin product. Very well made.

At first I thought my BP was dangerously high so I got out two of my old pump BP devices and they were both nearly identical in readings and a total of 30-40 points lower than the Garmin.I tried two different arms and multiple positions and always way higher than a regular pump BP arm cuff. Not sure if this is a defective unit or not but NO way would I recommend anyone buy this.

I bought this about a month ago. I love that it is small and easy to carry anywhere. I like it because it gives good blood pressure numbers. The only problem, I have, the arm band cannot be tighten more before you turn on the blood pressure monitor. Otherwise a good investment.

First off taking one's blood pressure by yourself is hard. That's the primary reason I went with this type. The next is the name. I have experience with this brand from a boat I used to have. The final observation is out of the twelve times I used it, my reading were consistent. The issue is that it was off consistently by 28 points. Instead of a top reading 140 it said consistently my BP was 121 top number. The next manufacturer I tried did almost the exact same thing. So obviously the problem is trying to do it myself.

I bought this BPM immediately when it became available. I'm well entrenched in the Garmin ecosystem and having a Blood Pressure Monitor which also feeds into that ecosystem is quite valuable to me. Previously I've had Omron devices and although they were accurate, their app tie-ins have been somewhat lacking. This BPM uses WIFI instead of bluetooth to upload it's results and that makes all the difference. Pros: Its small enough to sit on my desk when I'm not using it. My previous BPMs were large and lived in a drawer, which means I used them infrequently. It seems relatively accurate. So far WIFI connectivity has been flawless. Cons: Not many options, there's no automatic three reading average option. Uses standard batteries instead of being rechargeable (I'd prefer rechargeable).

I had a blood pressure monitor that was just as accurate...but I had to manually record the results to track them. That was enough of a hurdle that I would often skip the measurement all together. I've been taking twice daily measurements since I got this device.

I found it hard to pair initially as I also did with the scale. Maybe it's me but I usually don't have these kind of problems. Also difficult to add a person. I finally gave up on that. Need to be able to do something with the extra cuff if you have smaller arms. My wife had difficulty putting it on her arm. The good and the reason I bought it is once it is paired it syncs well with Garmin Connect. I doubt I would buy this product again
