It’s a good quality product for the money. I would like to see it without the nitrates. Are they really necessary? They are so bad for you.

Sausage was a little spicy and very greasy. Not what I was expecting. Tried these based on others reviews. Definitely won't buy again.

Still a darn good sausage. Great alternative to Conecuh and the spice blend lends itself well to a wide number if applications. Too bad they went and made all of the sausages smaller. Used to be a 5lb vac. Now, its only 4lbs.
